We are now seeking a Chief Executive to lead Action Hampshire through the next phase of its strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your strengths to other parts of the organisation too.
Key tasks include:

- Lead, inspire and develop the team at Action Hampshire to deliver our purpose
- Work with the Board of Trustees to ensure delivery and regular review of Action Hampshire’s (‘the charity’) vision, mission and strategic plans
- Deliver the charity’s vision and mission through appropriate plans and in accordance with agreed policies and protocols.
- Support and advise the Board to meet its responsibilities to ensure that the charity is legally compliant, well run and meets its organisational duties and obligations
- Enhance the charity’s impact and profile locally, regionally and nationally.

This role supports the development, management and optimisation of our Lottery and Regular Giving programmes through Face to Face fundraising. You’ll be working with our fantastic face to face fundraisers cultivating our relationships with our external agency partners as well as supporting training, day-to-day management and monitoring of third-party fundraisers.

The ideal candidate must have previous campaign management experience in a similar role within the charity or private sector, and have an awareness of the challenges of face to face fundraising
