As the Head of Relationship Fundraising at Centrepoint, you will be a pivotal member of our Fundraising Leadership Team (FLT), spearheading the strategic direction and expansion of our high-value giving portfolio. Managing a dedicated team of 18 fundraisers, you will lead the charge in driving growth across Corporate Partnerships, Philanthropy, Trusts, Foundations, and Government Funding streams. With a focus on nurturing long-term relationships, you will oversee the delivery of £6.4 million in income for FY2024-2025.

- Crafting and executing a dynamic Relationship Fundraising strategy, fostering collaborative efforts across teams to maximize the potential of high-value income streams.
- Taking ownership of the Corporate Partnerships strategy, guiding the team in cultivating robust new business pipelines and implementing structured account management processes to cultivate sustainable, long-term partnerships.
- Championing the growth of our Philanthropy function, providing strategic support to bolster prospect pipelines and ensure exceptional supporter experiences for our high net worth donors.
- Driving the Trusts and Foundations function forward by setting clear strategic directives to enhance our pipeline for substantial grants.
- Providing inspirational leadership to the Relationship Fundraising team, fostering a culture of motivation and empowerment to achieve ambitious fundraising goals.
- Actively participating in the Fundraising Leadership Team and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders across the organization, including the Senior Leadership Team, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Relationship Fundraising initiatives with organizational objectives.

Main Areas of Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include:
- The preparation of monthly management accounts for the Federation head office departments
- Preparing and monitoring head office budgets, ensuring no overspends
- Providing financial advice to budget holders preparing funding bids and business cases

What We are Looking For

Your new role
You will be responsible for effective strategic financial management and planning. Working with the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, Head of Financial Accounts, and the Senior Management Team.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the organisation's annual budget setting
- Development of efficient and accurate budgeting and reporting tools
- Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are provided with the financial information.
- Development of financial key performance indicators
- To work with the Director of Finance and Corporate Services to ensure the delivery of high performing, value for money and customer focused services.
- Responsible for the quarterly reports and committee papers with support from the Director of Finance and Corporate Services.
- Formulate and deliver the annual budget and long-term business models.
- Lead and motivate staff in the provision of a high-quality service to colleagues and delivering a culture of customer focused continuous improvement and value for money.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accoutant and will haev very good expereince of developing management reporting systems. You will have worked with budget managers and will be effective providing them with valuable decison making support. Your excel skills will be excellent but you will ideally have used report writing systems as well. You must have established management skills and be able to provide clear leadership and direction

The Corporate Partnerships Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the Fundraising and Communications directorate and is responsible for managing, stewarding, renewing, and growing our corporate partners to meet our fundraising income targets. Our partners range from complex programmatic-focused partners to employee engagement-driven partners and reflect a combination of financial support, skills-based support, and volunteering. The role is varied and requires strong time management, written and verbal communication skills, and relationship management. You will be required to engage a wide range of partner stakeholders plus collaborate across our Fundraising and Communication Directorate, Delivery Directorate, and Finance teams to meet the needs of our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of our corporate partners, developing and delivering stewardship plans for each account to deliver against the objectives and meet income targets.
· Work closely with the New Business Senior Manager to ensure the collaborative transition of new partners into account management.
· Liaise with the Volunteering and Events Manager to deliver volunteering opportunities to partners and the Fundraising Officer to promote challenge events to our partners.
· Support the CEO on the development and management of stewardship for select trustees and senior partner contacts.
· Accurately forecast and manage expenditures for our partners, creating mitigation plans when necessary.
· Develop, monitor, and maintain systems and processes including Salesforce database, financial accounting, account management plans, contracts, and due diligence.

Reporting into the Head of Finance.
The Client looking for a Qualified Accountant to take up a new full-time role as Financial Accountant, to lead on investment and reserves acconting and the preparation of year end statutory accounts.
You will manage an Assistant Financial Accountant, and will work closely with colleagues within Finance and across the organisation.
The client income is approx £25million. however it does sit on substantial reserves and an endowment.
It is important to have a strong financial accounting background, gained in practice or in other organisations of a similar scale. Experience in investment and restricted fund accounting would be helpful.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* To prepare annual consolidated financial statements for the organisation and its two subsidiaries;
* To lead on accounting for current and long-term investment holdings managed by brokers, including preparation of reports to the Trustee Investment Committee;
* To lead on accounting for reserve movements across the organisations restricted and designated funds.
To develop financial models as required and in liaison with other senior managers, particularly for reserves, awards and funding forecasts.
* To identify and implement opportunities to improve financial accounting systems and processes;
* To monitor and report on performance against budgets throughout the year, assessing and monitoring specific project finances.
* To be a key team contact with external auditors
