Job description

As Head of Diversity & Inclusion you will liaise closely with the Director of Diversity & Inclusion (DDI) when playing a leadership role in creating transformational change across the work of the Trussell Trust. Role modelling a collaborative approach to Equality, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging within the Trust, working closely with staff, volunteer colleagues and the wider Network of over 1,200 foodbanks to drive our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy. Your role will also involve working closely with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, contributing to business planning and strategic projects.

You will have specific responsibility and accountability for the implementation of parts of the Equality, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) work. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that we are collectively committed to achieving transformational change through our next strategy with EDI woven into its fabric.
