We are looking for a Senior Prospect Research Manager to join our Fundraising team.
Title: Senior Prospect Research Manager
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
As the Senior Prospect Research Manager, you will develop and deliver the fundraising intelligence strategy across the Anthony Nolan high value fundraising functions, Philanthropy, Partnerships, and Special Events. Encompassing prospect research alongside high value data and insight, you will lead on the identification of high value prospects, allocation principles, building and reviewing portfolios and pipelines, and supporting the frontline team in the development of cultivation and stewardship strategies and plans.
You will bring:
- Significant experience of managing prospect research, with a focus on high-net worth individuals, trusts and companies.
- Experience of collecting and analysing research data from a variety of sources to produce high quality reports and recommendations.
- Experience of working with prospect management systems and using data management techniques.
- Operational knowledge of the legal, financial and ethical issues related to individual, trust and corporate giving and prospect research.
- Experience of developing and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and the ability to present research findings in an accessible format.

The role
The digital team at Breast Cancer Now are leading a transformation in how we present our information and services to people affected by breast cancer. We are looking for a digital project manager who will be responsible for the delivery, tracking and communication associated with a number of key cross orgnanisational projects. The role will support with the Head of Digital Transformation in driving and tracking program delivery and ensuring that solutions can be adopted quickly and effectively by the organisation. This will entail collaborating across several high profile projects spanning various directorates and co-ordinating with internal teams (such as our Services, Nursing and Data teams) and external partner agencies.
About you
You’ll have significant and demonstrable experience of digital project management within an agile framework. You’ll be highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, organise and motivate others to work together to deliver on time. You’ll be able to manage a demanding workload with a strong attention to detail and solution focused mindset. You’ll ideally have experience of working in the charity or public sectors.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is ideally based in our London or Sheffield office but could also be in our Cardiff, or Glasgow office. Our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

About the role

This position would suit someone with administrative experience and a passion for fundraising. All we ask is that you are willing to learn and willing jump into the role and organisational culture feet first!
The Senior Programme Funding Officer role sits within the External Engagement Department and will be responsible for the majority of the team administration. The role will be working closely with the Senior Fundraising Manger and Head of Programme Fundraising to identify and approach new donors, coordinate cross team proposals and support on the development of trips and events. A critical part of the role is also managing the Foundation’s CRM (Raisers’ Edge) system across the organisation.
You will be line managed and supported day-to-day by the Senior Fundraising Manager, who will work with you to upskill and develop you in the charity sector. This is a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of the team. It can offer you the opportunity to develop your fundraising skills and gain experience in international development, as well as the opportunity to meet a diverse range of interesting stakeholders.
