Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.

As the Head of Relationship Fundraising at Centrepoint, you will be a pivotal member of our Fundraising Leadership Team (FLT), spearheading the strategic direction and expansion of our high-value giving portfolio. Managing a dedicated team of 18 fundraisers, you will lead the charge in driving growth across Corporate Partnerships, Philanthropy, Trusts, Foundations, and Government Funding streams. With a focus on nurturing long-term relationships, you will oversee the delivery of £6.4 million in income for FY2024-2025.

Context and Background
The innovative services that we develop are a critical part of the NSPCC’s fight for every childhood. We transform lives by working directly with some of the most vulnerable children and families. This role will help develop our service offer in respect of preventing and tackling child sexual abuse, with a focus on the ongoing development, coordination and implementation of our secondary education service. This aims to support secondary education settings to be places that foster healthy relationships and keep, young people safe from abuse.
Job purpose
• Scoping, leading and project managing programmes, services and products within the Development and Implementation Team within set timescales and budgets.
• Managing a matrix approach to service development and design, bringing together people, resources, skills and talent from across the organisation to conceptualize, design and create new programmes, services and products

2. Job Description
The Head of External Engagement is a key leadership post within the organisation. The role encompasses responsibility for the development and delivery of the organisation’s external activity, including profile, brand identity and stakeholder engagement (including the public), fundraising, and driving income generation in new areas, notably commercial partnerships. It also forms part of Sound and Music’s senior management team, who under the leadership of the Chief Executive are responsible for overseeing the organisation’s programme of activity, strategic development, external profile and a positive and productive organisational culture.
An experienced fundraiser and communicator, you will lead the external engagement team and support the delivery of its strategic and operational plans. The broad remit of the role means the successful candidate will be a strong and confident communicator who builds networks easily and prioritises exceptional stakeholder management and relationship development.

Leadership and management
External leadership:
· Represent Sound and Music publicly, including through stakeholder and supporter events

The Royal College of Pathologists is seeking a Head of IT to lead the IT strategy and operational management of the IT function. The post holder will have a proven understanding of technology transformation and the opportunities this can provide for the College. The role will be responsible for shaping and executing the IT strategy to support the overall business objectives and strategic plans, while at the same time taking an active lead on the operational aspects of IT and AV support services. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Head of IT is a highly visible and leading role and will work closely with all departments and the Senior Management Team.
Currently embarked on an organisation-wide technology transformation project, this will be a primary initial focus with the aim of being more connected, efficient, and providing more effective member services. The Head of IT will be pivotal in ensuring delivery of technology driven aspects of the College wide project and future projects by horizon scanning for new technologies and ways of working that can continue to improve the College’s operations.

About the team

About the role
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you’ll work with external agencies as well as a multi-disciplinary in-house team to develop features, products and services across Shelter’s Digital Products including its online shop which is managed by our retail team. This key role sits in both the Planning & Improvement team within our Income Generation Directorate and the Audience Engagement team in our Communications, Policies & Campaigns Directorate as a matrix managed role. The Planning & Improvement team is uniquely positioned to have strategic overview of activities that binds together all income generation campaigns, appeals, activities and products. About The Hygiene Bank
Hygiene poverty is not being able to afford many of the everyday hygiene and personal grooming products most of us take for granted. The reality of low income is that it restricts people’s options, leaving us caught between being able to heat our homes, pay the rent, eat, or be clean. It is washing hair, bodies, faces and clothes in the same cheap washing up liquid used for the dishes. It is not being able to replace a toothbrush when needed or sharing a toothbrush because one each just isn't an option. It is having to choose between shaving foam and razors or the transport fare to a job interview.
Hygiene Poverty is the hidden crisis facing the UK. In 2022, The Hygiene Bank published groundbreaking research into the incidence and impact of hygiene poverty. It found that over 3.1 million adults across the country are currently experiencing hygiene poverty and that it is both alarmingly widespread, increasing and disproportionately impacts the most vulnerable. Job Description
The Fundraising Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation and wider team, with a responsibility to help fulfil the charity’s fundraising plans. The role will support the charity’s Senior Volunteer Experience, Communications and Fundraising Manager and Head of Fundraising, Communications and External Engagement to help raise and grow revenue from a diverse portfolio of supporters across the UK, with a particular focus on maximising funds from trusts, foundations and grant-giving organisations, as we implement our new fundraising strategy.
Responsibilities
· Research and build relationships with new and existing grant-making organisations.
· Write and submit applications to grant-making organisations.

We are looking for a digital project manager who will be responsible for the delivery, tracking and communication associated with a number of key cross orgnanisational projects. The role will support with the Head of Digital Transformation in driving and tracking program delivery and ensuring that solutions can be adopted quickly and effectively by the organisation. This will entail collaborating across several high profile projects spanning various directorates and co-ordinating with internal teams (such as our Services, Nursing and Data teams) and external partner agencies.
About you
You’ll have significant and demonstrable experience of digital project management within an agile framework. You’ll be highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, organise and motivate others to work together to deliver on time. You’ll be able to manage a demanding workload with a strong attention to detail and solution focused mindset. You’ll ideally have experience of working in the charity or public sectors.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is ideally based in our London or Sheffield office but could also be in our Cardiff, or Glasgow office. Our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

Integrated marketing campaigns are integral to Sands’ growth and are key to driving brand awareness, reach, engagement, income growth and social change. This high-profile and exciting role is responsible for developing the strategy for Sands’ core integrated marketing campaigns, and coordinating subject matter experts across the charity to deliver campaign performance.
One of these campaigns is the annual Baby Loss Awareness Week campaign. Sands is the lead organisation of this campaign and works in alliance with over 100 other organisations to deliver this.
The post-holder will be responsible for managing a team of Marketing & Communications Officers, and will support other departments in developing their marketing strategies to help them achieve their business goals. Acting as a consultant, your marketing expertise could help shape the future of volunteer recruitment, supporter acquisition, mobilisation campaigns, expansion of our Sands United sports teams, health professionals’ training and fundraising product marketing.
You will be an audience-centred marketer that thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent project management skills.
The post-holder will work closely with the Head of Communications & Engagement and Director of Income & Engagement to spot opportunities that enable Sands to reach more people across the UK.
You will need to demonstrate experience of running successful digital and integrated marketing campaigns, with the ability to lead and inspire a small team.
An excellent communicator and relationship-builder, you have excellent attention to detail and an ability to work iteratively.
This role is key in helping more people to understand our vision of a world where fewer babies die, and when a baby does die, anyone affected receives the best possible care and support for as long as they need.

Women’s Aid is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children. We are a federation of over 170 organisations which provide just under 300 local lifesaving services to women and children across England. Purpose of the Business Development Manager role:
As Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in generating income for the charity – securing high value corporate partnerships and working on product development in collaboration with service delivery teams. Working close with the Head of Business Development, the post holder will source and secure new business and funding to enable the organisation to sustain and further develop our services and further our mission. Alongside targeting prospecting techniques, the Business Development Manager will need an understanding of financial management, and strong influencing skills to harness the support of the wider organisation to meet its objectives – working towards a team income generation target that is reviewed and updated annually.
Key duties and responsibilities of Business Development Manager:
- Identifying, researching and developing new business opportunities, creating robust business cases and resource plan to support proposals.
- Writing high quality bids and funding applications.
- Delivering a new Account Management approach for corporates, working to bring together existing functions across the organisation in one place.
- Working with the Head of Business Development to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Reporting on sales, pipeline and activity.
- Territory planning to define how income targets will be achieved, with documented action plans.
- Working creatively with colleagues across the organisation and with decision makers at partner organisations to demonstrate how working with Women’s Aid delivers measurable business benefits and ROI.
- Identify and build strong partnerships/products that bring us substantial routes to markets, including public sector agencies.
What we are looking for in our Business Development Manager:
- Experience in business development or corporate partnerships background.
- Good understanding of how to generate income in a charity organisation, with experience of income targets in previous organisations.
- Experience of developing and implementing strategies and ways of working.
- Excellent communication skills, evidenced by building and maintaining long-term corporate strategic partnerships.
- Good understanding of digital tools and the ability to analyse data (CRM systems and method and excellent understanding of excel).
- Organised and strong project manager, confident in solving problems and securing financial targets.
- Team player with strong inter-personal skills.
