Role Summary
This senior leadership role will oversee the strategic planning, management and reporting of the Natural History Museum’s major fundraising campaign NHM150, the campaign to raise £150m to revitalise our South Kensington home ahead of our 150th anniversary. The successful candidate will combine exceptional relationship-building skills with proven campaign management expertise to support the Development team’s fundraising objectives. Reporting to the Director of Development the post-holder will lead a team of development professionals to deliver insightful prospect research, manage systems for donor journeys and lead on excellent donor stewardship for the Development team. They will also manage the continuous improvement of the Development CRM and ensure that excellent income processing and reporting systems are in place. A key member of the Development Group’s Senior Leadership Team, the post-holder will work with colleague across the Museum to ensure that the NHM150 Campaign and major funding bids are aligned with the Museum’s wider strategy and operating plan.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Support the development of campaign strategies aligned with organisational priorities and timelines
- Work with the Director of Development and the heads of fundraising to establish fundraising goals, metrics, and benchmarks for campaign success
- Create detailed campaign plans including case statements, prospect identification, solicitation strategies, and timeline management
- Collaborate with executive leadership and NHM150 Fellows to continue to refine campaign objectives and messaging
Campaign Execution & Management
- Manage campaign logistics including, communications, materials development, and donor cultivation activities
- Liaise closely with the Head of Special Events to ensure that NHM150 projects and donors are at the heart of NHM hosted events
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including development staff, communications, finance, and external consultants
- Monitor campaign progress against established metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organisational policies
Prospect Research and Stewardship
- Lead the prospect research function responsible for identifying major gift and partnerships prospects including individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities
- Develop and lead prospect tracking and management systems ensuring excellent cultivation and solicitation plans are in place across the Development function
- With the support of the Director of Development’s Executive Assistant coordinate volunteer engagement and peer-to-peer fundraising activities
- Lead the stewardship function, ensuring that Development wide policies are developed and implemented and that these are coordinated with colleagues across the Museum, and that donors are recognised and stewarded to the highest standards.
Development Operations
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing off all Development income, liaising closely with colleagues in Finance to improve and maintain accurate and insightful reporting to improve planning.
- Manage the smooth and effective running of Development Group’s CRM (Raisers Edge) ensuring compliant, accurate and effective systems
- Ensure the Database and Reporting Manager oversees a pipeline of donor data screening, cleaning and segmentation in order to ensure accuracy, consistency and functionality of data, and that clear and accessible training and procedures are in place for and delivered to database users
- Ensure accurate and timely management of the Development Group’s corporate expenditure, including CRM supplier, membership bodies and regulatory costs.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of development professionals, providing guidance on campaign strategies and donor management
- Recruit, train, and supervise campaign staff and consultants as needed
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving campaign objectives
- Provide professional development opportunities and performance management for direct reports
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Experience of working strategically and contributing to the development and implementation of organisational strategy and business planning within a not-for-profit/fundraising environment
- Experience of analysing, interpreting and communicating complex management information to senior stakeholders, including developing and monitoring effective KPIs
- Experience of developing and managing fundraising plans and income and expenditure budgets
- Experience of financial processes relating to fundraising, such as Gift Aid, target setting and monitoring
- Experience of delivering excellent stewardship to diverse donor constituencies
- Experience of working with fundraising databases such as Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience of leading multi-functional and high achieving teams to deliver excellent results, including motivating and coaching staff and dealing effectively with any performance issues

Job Purpose
As BSR’s Head of Policy, you will lead a portfolio of work that truly supports our members’ priorities and works towards creating the conditions that will enable rheumatology care across the UK to thrive and flourish.

About the Role

The Global Foundations & Institutional Donors team is comprised of 12 colleagues working with either Institutional Donors or Foundations based in Copenhagen, Berlin, Brussels, Geneva and Kyiv. DRC funds come from a variety of sources - institutional donors such as the European Commission, UN agencies, and bilateral humanitarian and development funding envelopes from major donor countries, but increasingly also foundations - both Danish and International. About the job
As Senior Partnership Advisor you will be part of the Global Foundation and Institutional Donors section (GFID) working directly with the Head of Global Foundation and Institutional Donors, colleagues based in HQ, DRC Representations in Geneva, Brussels and Berlin, and regionally with the Regional Business Development Coordinators. Your overall responsibility will be to support DRC’s capacity strengthening to maintain and improve donor relationships and fundraising efforts.
The Senior Partnership Advisor oversees the engagement and fundraising efforts focusing primarily on FCDO and the UK-based foundations, potentially there would also be some coverage of non-core donors like Irish Aid, Jersey Aid etc. You are tasked with undertaking analyses, elaborating donor intelligence, to inform and advise senior management and colleagues about partnership development as well as fundraising opportunities.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
Strategy
- Support design and advancement of the global donor engagement strategy based on the FCDOs’ donor trends and priorities, (and relevant non-core donors).
- Mapping and scoping of UK-based foundations with the support of the wider GFID team.
- Lead the development of donor-specific engagement action plans for the FCDO and relevant foundations and steer their implementation.
Partnership Engagement
- Lead on a strong and strategic partnership between DRC and FCDO at capital level and UK-based Foundations and engage proactively with FCDO (and relevant non-core donors) to address challenges and opportunities related to DRC’s partnership at global level and inform/advise ROs/COs accordingly. Develop tools and guidance to support engagement with FCDO
- Provide support and expertise to DRC country and regional operations on the partnership.
- Represent DRC in dialogues with core donors on regulatory frameworks and actively participate in relevant events and coordination mechanisms with peer organisations or other networks and platforms.
Donor intelligence and knowledge management
- Monitor and analyse relevant trends and donor intelligence and provide strategic advice on possible impact and ways to adapt across all levels of the organization for FCDO, relevant UK foundations and /or non-core donors).
- Develop qualitative and quantitative analyses to feed into donor trends and global donor analyses, lessons learned, and other dissemination documents.
Partnership Management – externally and internally
- For FCDO funding, develop tools, platforms, and internal workflows for efficient strategic donor compliance (this includes maintaining DRC Insite donor pages, updating and publishing internal guidance tools such as Donorpedias, fact sheets etc.).
- Strengthen capacities of Grants Management Unit staff on FCDO policies and guidelines.

About you
To excel in this role, you will have natural communication and social skills, including networking and the ability to influence. You are comfortable navigating internal stakeholders horizontally and vertically, and representing DRC externally with donors, peer organisations and in other forums.
You have strong knowledge of FCDO’s structure and funding priorities, including regulatory frameworks and contracting. About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
This Corporate Partnerships Manager role plays an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target, as the role will primarily support the planning, development and delivery of our hugely successful partnership with Asda Tickled Pink.
Raising over £92 million since 1996, Asda Tickled Pink has been the largest supporter of breast cancer charities in the UK over the last 29 years. It has been a major driving force in breast cancer research breakthroughs, funding life-changing services and championing vital breast awareness messaging to its customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Asda Tickled Pink works closely with two charity partners, CoppaFeel! and Breast Cancer Now, to raise funds for better treatments, vital education and life-changing support, for anyone who needs it. Together, we’re putting breast cancer awareness on everyone’s list.
As we head towards the exciting milestone of Asda Tickled Pink’s 30th Anniversary in 2026, we are looking for someone to join our team who will continue to amplify CoppaFeel!’s unique voice, creativity and perspective through the partnership to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our life-saving message.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will support the Head of Partnerships in the delivery of all elements of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership, encouraging colleagues, customers and suppliers to fundraise and raise vital chest-checking awareness for us. You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.
As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.
As part of the Partnerships team, you may also be required to support on the day to day delivery of other team activities, events and account management, including responding to enquiries, participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider partnerships team strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. Hays Senior Finance is proud to be working in partnership with Mid and North East Essex Mind who are looking to appoint a Part-time Head of Finance for 22.5 hours per week. This is a pivotal appointment where you will lead and deliver on financial aspects of their ambitious plans.
Mid and North East Essex Mind is a mental health charity with an annual turnover of almost £3million. The Head of Finance and Compliance is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will help to determine the future direction of the charity and deliver high quality services in line with our charitable, contractual and legal obligations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a small finance team including a Management Accountant and Finance Administrator whose responsibility is to produce high quality and insightful management information for managers, the senior leadership team and the Board of Trustees. You will use your financial and analytical skills to assist with strategic and operational decisions across the organisation.
You will also lead the work on organisation wide compliance with accreditations including the Mind Quality Mark, Cyber Essentials and the NHS DSP Toolkit. You will ensure compliance with our duties according to the Charity Commission, Companies House and other financial and data protection requirements and will keep up to date with financial policies, practices, and regulations.
The charity has a collaborative and supportive team culture, so it is essential that you have the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and be involved in the day-to-day operations. In addition, a key element of the role will be leading and influencing others to continue to innovate and improve their financial processes. Mind are seeking a candidate who will lead on Compliance and liaise with their external IT supplier and are keen to consider who candidates who have led on other services than Finance alone.

About the role
We’re looking to recruit a Head of Policy to lead our Climate team and help achieve a new ambitious 3-year strategy to bring nature back from the brink by delivering a sustainable future in the UK and stopping deforestation overseas. The success of this strategy will depend on our ability to influence Governments, businesses, the finance sector and policy influencers to adopt and implement creative policy solutions.
As Head of Policy – Climate you oversee a small team committed to creating policy that enables government and business to take-action on the climate and nature crisis driven by our energy and economic system. You will lead on policy development and assessment, including analysing existing and proposed policies for effectiveness and quality while being alert to new policy ideas from other contexts or locations. You will oversee the integration of policy and advocacy priorities through businesses partnerships and our coordination with the sector. You will also engage with our devolved offices to learn from their work and ensure objectives and activities are developed and coordinated to maximise effectiveness. This will include forming links and strategic relationships with other organisations and our global network. Important will be the ability to build a high performing, creative and confident team, who are propositional and experimental in their approach to policy making and solutions.
We’re looking for someone with:
· Extensive policy development experience in one or (ideally) more of the following areas: Climate and one or more of and one of Food Agriculture or Deforestation/ Supply Chains or Biodiversity/ Nature Restoration or Economics/Finance
· Strong understanding and experience of how policy is influenced, both inside and outside Government.
· Experience of developing and influencing key stakeholders, changing opinions, practices and creating new models to deliver policy change.
· An understanding of policy evaluation.
· Experience of large-scale grant and programme management.
· Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal.
· Ability to motivate & build high performing teams

The salary for this role is £56,297-£65,680pa. We also offer a full benefits and rewards package including:
