Working under the direction of Director of Transformation, the role of Impact & Evaluation Manager will be critical in championing robust evaluation in the organisation, adapting approaches and steering learning to ensure a meaningful impact.

- Analyse data and produce tangible products geared to inform strategic decision-making, optimize processes and drive sustainable growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development with a view to improve data gathering and exploitation within cross- functional teams.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you bring in-depth knowledge of the media landscape in the Midlands and North of England, and demonstrable experience of finding and developing stories for the media, delivering successful communications campaigns, and working collaboratively in a media team.
With strong experience gained as a journalist or in a communications role (either in-house or agency), you have excellent written and verbal communication and presenting skills, the ability to build trust and relationships, and strong creativity in developing campaigns. This challenging role is responsible for the planning, selection, budgets, and delivery of HQ Army Cadet sponsored international exchanges, specifically including Exercises Oak and Maple Leaf (Canada), Ex Baltic Guard (Baltic States), the India international exchange and the Poland international exchange. About the team
This new team sits under our Audience Engagement and Planning sub-directorate, created in early 2023, the team is still taking shape making it an exciting opportunity to help us in this crucial function.
The role is part of a 5-person Strategic Comms Team that has a primary mandate is focused on delivering a full range of integrated strategic across Shelter to ensure we’re delivering high quality and highly strategic public engagement approaches. As Shelter’s Brand Manager, you will act as brand guardian, acting as the first point of contact for any brand queries and working collaboratively with teams across the organisation in the development of both public and internal-facing communications, products, and projects. You will provide ongoing support for teams on how best to leverage the brand to drive maximum engagement, ensuring that all work is aligned to our brand and strategy and is informed by evidence and insight.

About you

Bank Support Workers have the ability to accept any shifts available on an ad-hoc basis across from all of Look Ahead's specialisms including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Homelessness and Young People. Bank Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices. Within Learning Disability services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. Within Mental Health and Homelessness services they will enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
While carrying out activities, Bank Support Workers should deal with all customers, visitors and staff in a professional and appropriate manner and report to Look Ahead staff and management any observations relating to customers' welfare.

What you'll do:
- Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities

The International Society for Influenza and Other Respiratory Virus Diseases (ISIRV) is an independent scientific membership-based society promoting the prevention, detection, treatment, and control of influenza and other respiratory virus diseases since 2005. ISIRV has reached an exciting stage of development and we are now looking for an experienced, qualified Finance Manager (CCAB or equivalent), to guide and support the Society through this next phase of growth. This is very much a hands-on role in a small company context, from grass roots to the executive level. The ideal individual will be comfortable with both and grow with the Society as it delivers its 5-year Strategic Plan.
Key responsibilities
Working alongside ISIRV’s Treasurer, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the Society’s strategic and operational budgeting, financial planning, monitoring and control. The post holder will manage available financial resources to support the strategic goals of the Society, enabling future development and growth, whilst ensuring business continuity.
The post-holder will also have full operational oversight to support the life cycle of ISIRV scientific events, from budgets and final reporting, to negotiating contracts and managing cashflow.
