The Multimedia Officer sits within the Creative team at Mind, our newly-formed in-house creative team. Our vision is to provide an agency-standard creative service to the organisation, driving creative excellence and bringing Mind's work to life with impactful, innovative content.
Key duties and responsibilities
The Multimedia Officer will provide a specialist video support and production service to all Mind teams. This will include a mix of filming, editing and producing video (and audio) content across a variety of channels and formats. The role is likely to involve some travel in England and Wales for filming. While this role will predominantly involve hands-on editing and production, you may also be required to support with commissioning and managing freelance videographers/video editors or video production companies where appropriate.
In addition to providing specialist video expertise, you will also collaborate with the wider content teams to generate powerful concepts for content and campaigns.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services Team which operates within HBF’s vibrant, multi-disciplinary team. The Publications and Communications Officer will play a key role in helping the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity achieve its objectives. You will help raise awareness of the Charity within the hospital as well as locally, nationally, and internationally by demonstrating the difference the Charity makes to people affected by cancer, and support fundraising teams across all its income streams to attract and retain supporters. Person Specification:

The Senior Trusts and Foundations Officer will be identifying, researching, and developing relationships with Trusts and Foundations that align with their strategic objectives and preparing applications in line with funder requirements. Prospectus is pleased to be working with a small and locally focused homelessness charity, supporting individuals and households that are facing housing issues across Enfield and Haringey. Delivering services to rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping, their mission is to break cycles of poverty and disadvantage and tackle the issue of homelessness. They are now seeking a Lead Support Worker to join their team on FTC basis, initially until October 2024.
In 2021, the charity opened a day centre, set up to meet the needs of those rough sleeping and on the cusp of homelessness in the borough, to provide daytime respite and independent housing related support. Since then, they have continued to deliver a night shelter provision to rough sleeping clients which is open and accessible 24 hours a day.
In this role, you will lead their single occupancy night shelter provision as well as support the Day centre. The role will involve processing referrals into the project, undertaking initial assessments, conducting in-depth housing-related casework, and working effectively internally and with external partners to ensure clients are able to access the variety of support they need. You will also support service users from the Day Centre, supporting them with accessing services, attending appointments and general housing and homelessness related support.
Due to the nature of the role, you will have experience in building relationships and supporting vulnerable, disadvantaged, or excluded client groups, as well as dealing with challenging behaviours within a similar setting to the homelessness sector, as well as experience of managing and developing projects. It is desirable you have knowledge of issues facing people with ‘no recourse to public funds’, Housing Legislation, and other relevant legislation for vulnerable adults and of various statutory and voluntary agencies and projects offering advice services, accommodation, outreach and primary needs provision.
The working pattern for this position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday -Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. You will spend Monday and Tuesday at the accommodation Hub and the remaining days at the Day Centre/outreach. An Enhanced DBS for Adults is essential, and please only apply if you are available to start immediately or with no more than a 1/2 week notice period.

We are looking for a Temporary Individual Giving Officer for an incredible arts charity to be responsible to support the end-to-end delivery of individual giving campaigns across a range of media, from planning to execution.
This is hybrid role with 2 days a week in the London office
The Role
Supporting the day on the day to day running of the IG campaigns
Reviewing copy and commenting on copy, circulating copy for comments and briefing on artwork.
Selecting and checking database without the support of a database team.
Producing work/collateral in house rather than experience of working with an agency.
Including supporter acquisition, trading stewardship and retention programmes and regular giving schemes, trading and cash direct mail/digital appeals, and In-memory giving.
The Candidate
A successful track record in delivering IG fundraising activities to deliver strategic objectives.
Demonstrable understanding of best practice in supporter relationships.
Experience in creating and cleaning data selections.
Experience in analysis within CRM systems to manage data and report performance.
Understanding of segmentation and how to speak to different (existing and prospect) audiences.
Track record of developing content, creative, and messaging that resonates with these audiences to drive awareness and engagement.
