Job description

This is a fantastic role for a collaborative leader with finance qualifications and experience managing office services seeking a senior role and able to offer both strategic and operational strengths.

The CFOO role is a new part-time role, created as part of our restructure of our finance and office services team. The role combines strategic thinking and operational activity, including management of all support services; premises, finance, policy, IT and HR.  The post holder will work with the CEO to continuously improve the organisational infrastructure and ensure robust governance, risk management, compliance and long-term financial planning. In particular, the role will focus on improving and standardising service levels to budget holders, the CEO and Trustees

You will be comfortable working across a number of work-streams, willing to get up to speed quickly and manage a busy workload where necessary. You will be an energised and positive team player who is able to engage and collaborate with others, to work to specific goals to ‘get things done’, as well as to design and deliver longer-term projects. You will relish the opportunity to drive best practice across corporate services, bringing your passion modernising processes and continuous improvement. This role will work best for someone who is as motivated thinking strategically as delivering operationally.
