Job description

Would you like to join a growing, pioneering and multi-award winning company who are actively improving children’s lives? You will take ownership of the whole recruitment process including, but not limited to:

  • creating recruitment marketing material
  • ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience
  • successfully onboarding new employees
  • ultimately finding the best people to help some of the most vulnerable children in the UK.

You will be at the forefront of growing and shaping the business, being involved key business meetings and part of the senior leadership team.

You’ll have experience of successfully filling entry-level positions with high quality candidates. Ideally you will have experience of national recruitment, but this is not a necessity.

You’ll also need to be adaptable - no two days are ever the same, things move very fast and are constantly changing.

If you are looking for that next challenge, the opportunity to make your mark, to develop and push to the next level, this would be perfect for you.
