The purpose of the role
The People Team provide advice, guidance and support to all National Theatre staff, line managers and senior leaders on people policies; terms and conditions of employment; recruitment and selection; performance management; staff engagement; diversity and inclusion; trade union and employee relations; discipline, grievance, and capability processes; and training and career development. This role is an excellent entry level role to the work of a human resources function. Working in close collaboration with colleagues to provide a full administrative support to the People Team, assisting the team in delivering a positive, proactive, and outward-facing operational HR to the National Theatre.
The primary focus of this role is the full employee lifecycle and payroll administration, recruitment administration and managing first-line HR queries in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have the following:

I am currently seeking an Interim HR Officer for a 12 month contract with a Charity based in North London. The role will pay a salary between £30,000 and £33,000 per year depending upon experience and will require travel into their offices and services 2 to 3 days per week in North London and Berkshire (a couple of times per month). The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services Team which operates within HBF’s vibrant, multi-disciplinary team. The duties of Client Services Administrator are two-fold 1) is to host our busy reception area and friendly waiting room; welcome clients and visiting professionals to the Helen Bamber Foundation and attend to any needs they might have and 2) to oversee the booking of appointments between clients and staff/volunteers across the organisation; liaising with third parties and clinicians in relation to Initial Assessments; booking and managing doctor’s diaries for our Medical Advisory Services and the booking of interpreters across the organisation. SPANA - The Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad is the global charity for working animals in low-income countries. We are looking for a Global Resources Coordinator to ensure operations within our global resources team run smoothly and efficiently. The Role
The Youth Development Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of our youth development programme for young refugees and asylum seekers.

Role purpose

Job Description
Lead on service delivery, management and governance
– To provide strong leadership for the service based on a clear vision for the service, clarity of standards and outcomes to be achieved.
