The Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work with the Lloyds Bank Foundation’s Systems Manager to deliver the Salesforce roadmap for 2024-2025 in an effective and timely manner.
-You will contribute to the delivery of Salesforce projects, which include new external system integrations.
-You will work as part of the team to decommission the system thorough which we currently administer our Matched Giving programme and transition the programme to Salesforce.
-You will contribute to the maintenance and development of existing Salesforce grant management processes.
-You will manage and support users, including creating and maintaining training materials.
-You’ll be a self-starter and a motivated member of the team, who is unphased by working to deadlines or under pressure and has a good eye for detail, enabling us to deliver our emerging programme of work with excellence.
About You
To be considered as a Salesforce Administrator, you will need:
-Salesforce Admin certification.
-Demonstrable experience working in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack in Salesforce Lightning, including the configuration of flows, data management and integrity, user management and support.
-Experience with the implementation of external system integrations.
-Strong organisational and project management skills.
-Experience identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders.
-Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to positively engage with stakeholders and Salesforce users internally and externally.

Rose Voucher Project Officer, Southwark Rose Vouchers for Fruit and Veg Project
The Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg Project in Southwark has been successfully supporting families with young children to ensure fruit and vegetables are a part of their everyday diet since 2018. Job Summary
As Rose Voucher Project Officer, you will be working alongside the Southwark Rose Voucher Project Lead to forward the development of the Rose Voucher Project in Southwark. Your key areas of responsibility will be registering new families onto the Rose Voucher Project, overseeing the two Rose Voucher distribution sessions which take place at both our centres, supported by our dedicated Rose Voucher volunteers, and coordinating and supporting the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Project. About the role:
As a Recruitment/HR Administrator, you will be joining a small dedicated Recruitment team providing an effective and efficient recruitment service to meet the organisation’s resourcing and staffing needs. Our client Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) is an East London charity embedded in the local community, providing practical help, support and training to people affected by homelessness or suffering from addiction. As SCT’s HR and Quality Manager you will report to the CEO and work closely with the SMT and wider management team, including SCT’s Co-Production worker and external HR Consultancy. You will be responsible for leading, directing and delivering a comprehensive generalist HR service across the whole of SCT and providing the organisational lead on health, safety and wellbeing, data protection and quality improvement systems; developing and promoting best practice and taking a hands-on role as and when necessary and according to SCT’s inclusive, integrated, innovative and participatory culture. You will also line manage HR Volunteers and a Head Office Administrator.
You will ensure SCT works to a consistently high standard across all areas in the recruitment, support, engagement, management and development of high calibre staff and volunteers; leading, promoting and implementing key HR initiatives across the organisation and providing SCT managers with expert advice, coaching and support in consultation with SCT’s external HR consultancy provider, in the areas of:
- Employee and volunteer human resources and people management (circa 70% of time)
- Continuous quality improvement (e.g. development of policies and procedures and coordination of corporate function accreditation review) – circa 10% of time

Expected experience and competencies we would like to see from you:
- CIPD qualified to level 5 or significant HR management experience will also be considered
- 4+ years demonstrable generalist HR Management experience or similar role types

- Experience of presenting material to a range of audiences and report writing

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week, usual working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an unpaid hour for lunch. You will be based at the SCT Head Office in Haggerston (E8) and other SCT sites in East London, with the ability to work from home up to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities include:
HR & Training
- Lead the organisation’s HR function, keeping abreast of latest guidance in employment law and HR legislation and act as the lead liaison with Croner external HR support;
- Ensure employment practice is legally compliant and fair (including management of recruitment, selection and onboarding, flexible working, diversity & equal opportunity, disciplinary/grievance, termination), with a focus on being a fully inclusive employer;
- Oversee monthly staff salary payment and coordinate with external payroll provider;

- Act as the system administrator and manage admin functions including assigning new users, creating reports, dashboards, surveys and application forms etc;
- Onboard and train new users, and grow level of expertise among the core team;
- Implement custom features when new work streams/programmes are set up and as organisational needs grow;
- Oversee support partnership with external technical support and training provider.
- Support the Fundraising Manager and Community Programmes Manager with the creation of reports and dashboards in salesforce to present programme outcomes for funder and trustee reports and the MIH Annual Report;

Governance and Strategy
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Leadership Team meetings where appropriate.

Venue Management
MIH has a part time Venue Manager who is responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the ‘Liberty Hall’ kitchen venue. The Operations Manager will oversee them and support on key areas of venue management in the following ways:
- Manage relationship with venue partner ‘Clapton Commons’ to ensure key services of venue are running smoothly and represent MIH in oversight committee meetings;
- Ensure venue and office equipment is safe to use and repaired/replaced/PAT tested in a timely manner;
- Ensure venue meets latest Health & Safety requirements, Fire Safety Standards and is fully accessible;
- Support acquisition of new kitchen equipment when required, such as ovens, hobs etc either from a donated source or purchased from a supplier;
Finance

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract for maternity cover. You will:

About you
