The Role

SafeLives has committed to increasing the spread and depth of expertise across the organisation so we are  fully equipped to deliver all aspects of our strategy. We are looking to recruit an individual with a strong practice background who will lead this work. They should be passionate about learning and keen to consider how we can do this better, including through use of technology, at SafeLives. Their primary focus (particularly in Year One) will be about creating mechanisms across SafeLives for practice-focused teams (Practice, Training, Drive) in particular to upskill and develop in relation to perpetration and perpetrators of abuse and then use these mechanisms to play a similar role on other pieces of emerging work and practice across the organisation and associate pool, making sure we ‘learn  once and pass it on’.
