We are particularly looking for surveyors with an ability to think and report strategically or offer specialisms such as building surveying and planning.
Our Associate Property Advisers are all extraordinary people: senior property professionals. As part of this team, you will be assigned projects to lead on or supporting other members. You will use your communication skills to gain the trust of our clients, many of whom support vulnerable people in challenging circumstances, and empower them to expand their property knowledge and confidence. The Royal College of Pathologists is seeking a Head of IT to lead the IT strategy and operational management of the IT function. The post holder will have a proven understanding of technology transformation and the opportunities this can provide for the College. The role will be responsible for shaping and executing the IT strategy to support the overall business objectives and strategic plans, while at the same time taking an active lead on the operational aspects of IT and AV support services. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Head of IT is a highly visible and leading role and will work closely with all departments and the Senior Management Team.
Currently embarked on an organisation-wide technology transformation project, this will be a primary initial focus with the aim of being more connected, efficient, and providing more effective member services. Job Purpose
Money Minded: Professional advice and support because your mental health matters
Money Minded is a new service designed to support adults, (18 years and over) in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow. The service provides support with welfare benefits, accessing debt support, housing and well-being/peer support groups/workshops.
The role of the Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to tri-borough Residents living with Mental Health difficulties. Advice issues may include, housing, benefits, council tax, accessing debt support, signposting etc.
The successful candidate will deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals, as agreed with the Service Manager. In addition to advice casework, the Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will also be expected to assist onboarding referrals to the service, as and when needed.
The successful candidate will be required to work alongside the Team Leader and volunteers supporting on the project, within the Advice Quality Standard framework (AQS) and adhere to Mind’s policies and procedures.
Due to the nature of the work, if successful, you will need to have an up-to-date DBS check completed, prior to undertaking unsupervised client work.

What the role involves
Key responsibilities
1. Ensuring that there are regular training opportunities for both new starters and those requiring refresher sessions or updates when new functions or forms are released.
2. Running system training drop-in sessions to assist with queries / hear feedback, and relaying information from these to the Information Governance and IT manager.
3. Working with the Learning and Development Coordinator to establish an evaluation method and implement this to enable us to assess the effectiveness of each training session and using this to improve future delivery.
4. Produce effective training materials and guidance documents, and develop and maintain a training area on our case recording system, including the creation of dummy forms and files for new users to access and use as a training sandbox.
5. Producing and maintaining a catalogue of training resources, ensuring links to practice-based guidance are established and maintained.
6. Performing case recording system changes to forms and lists as directed by the Information Governance and IT Manager
7. Support the Data Reporting and System Support Lead with regards to user administration and user support at times of absence and increased need
8. Supporting with training on additional systems directed by the Information Governance and IT Manager, including on the efficient use of SharePoint and Teams
9. Developing training courses for various systems, using our LMS (currently Rise)
10. Acting at all times in line with safeguarding legislation and guidance in addition to Safer London’s practice guidelines and wider pan-London processes and protocols.
11. Undertaking any other duties as required and commensurate with the level of this post.

This is a pivotal role where you'll be on the frontline, making tangible differences in the lives of those facing multiple disadvantages.
About the role:
As Senior Outreach Worker, you'll make use of your strong interpersonal skills to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Building trust, assessing needs, and generating creative ideas to steer people away from rough sleeping will be the focus of your role.
Collaboration is key in our team. You'll work together with specialist Navigators, Outreach workers, substance use outreach services, and mental health outreach teams. Plus, you'll be pivotal in forging strong relationships with a range of housing providers in the borough.
To thrive in this role, you'll have knowledge and experience in substance use and recovery, trauma informed practices of working, and the complexities of the homelessness sector.
Your commitment to flexibility will be crucial in providing the support, empowerment, and opportunities needed to guide individuals toward suitable and stable accommodation.
About you:
- You will demonstrate a strong understanding of planned support principles and the ability to assess the needs of those who may be reluctant to engage with services.
- You will know the various barriers faced by people who are sleeping rough and what services are available for those facing multiple disadvantages.
- You will be self-motivating, able to work under pressure, manage your schedule effectively, and able to work flexibly Monday to Friday, at times when rough sleepers are often seen bedded down.
- You will be able and willing to travel across the borough of Redbridge at times when public transport may not be readily available.
- You will have experience of working with clients who have faced multiple disadvantages
- You will be skilled at engaging external partners and agencies to ensure streamlined working and a collaborative approach to supporting rough sleepers

This is a unique and crucial position in our charity – it is not client-facing but is essential to the running of the organisation. What will I be doing?
The post-holder will lead on premises, facilities, finance and personnel and administration systems in order to support the effective delivery of CAW services to clients and management of the organisation.
Reporting to the CEO and responsible for the recruitment and management of administration volunteers, the post holder will take the lead on maintaining our office systems and processes.
What skills are we looking for?
1. Previous office administration experience, ideally including experience of:
- Providing administrative support.
- Administering finance systems
- HR administration
2. Methodical and well organised with the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
3. Good numeracy skills for monitoring and analysis of statistics and budgets.
4. Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including ability to take accurate minutes.
5. Good computer skills including excel and other Office applications and Quickbooks
6. Flexible approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
