This exciting role will ensure that we offer our audiences the best possible experience through the Foundation’s website and other digital platforms. Using a data-led approach, you’ll be able to use your user experience expertise to help drive the adoption of a digital-first way of working across the Foundation’s activities.
What does the role involve?
· Managing the relationship with our website development agency. Making recommendations for areas of improvement and further development.
· Managing our analytics and other insight platforms to ensure that we collect robust data and can make informed, evidence-based recommendations to ensure we’re using digital to deliver against the Foundation’s strategic objectives.
· Support and develop the implementation of an SEO strategy for our website content to ensure that our audiences can find our content.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Ability to interpret complex requirements and user needs and make recommendations of implementable solutions.
· Knowledge of the fundamental of Agile and Scrum
· Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio)
· Analytical skills with the ability to effectively capture, process and interpret information and make actionable, evidence-based recommendations.

Regular Giving is the backbone of our fundraising income, it currently generates £37million each year across our three existing products – Sponsor a Dog, Companion Club (a subscription product) and general Direct Debits. We are now looking for a Regular Giving Product Manager to help us deliver our Regular Giving strategy to increase retention rates and build lifetime value.
About this Job:
As a Regular Giving Product Manager, you will:
- Take a supporter-led approach to the development of campaign activity, understanding the key motivations and demographic of our regular givers and to deliver outstanding supporter experiences.
- Develop inspirational written and digital communications to our regular givers and produce fundraising materials in line with our brand guidelines.
- Manage relationships with any third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the campaign performance reporting, working alongside the Performance and Innovation Manager and our data agency to optimise our campaigns
About you:
We are looking for a highly organised person, with experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects and working reactively, all whilst maintaining high standards of communication and adhering to guidelines. You will be personable, and able to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of products. Your expertise in copywriting, coupled with your ability to evaluate campaign performance, will drive the continuous improvement of our Regular Giving products.

About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.
If you think you have the skills, qualities and drive to fulfil this role, but don’t meet all of the specifications, or perhaps you’ve gained your experience in (for example) commercial sales or within relationships management and are looking to move into development work, we would still welcome hearing from you. What you will be doing
- Project delivery: Getting involved in project delivery, such as foundational research for project development and delivering workshops.

- Innovation and Development: Supporting us to improve and expand our projects and programmes. You will also assist in identifying new projects or funding opportunities and contribute to the preparation of funding proposals. I am excited to be working with an amazing health organisation in search of an Interim Services and Innovation Project Manager for 3 – 6 months. Full-time or part-time (4 days a week) will be considered for this Bristol based hybrid role.
As Project Manager your role will be to support the delivery of a number of key organisation activities and objectives. Around 50% of time will be focused on proposition development with the remaining time on delegated tasks to support the Acting Director across other areas of their responsibility and the organisations suite of support services.
Key role and responsibilities:
Project Manager - a series of innovation sprints, aiming to develop new (support service focussed) fundable propositions for the organisation. Keeping the project on track, to deadline, meeting key deliverables.
Senior Administrator - including scheduling and diary management, project management tools, monitoring and systems.
Researcher – able to confidently conduct desk-based research, sector scoping, research with internal and external stakeholders.
Data and Reporting - collation, data analysis, setting up surveys and using a variety of tools to analyse and present data in an engaging way visually.
Highly digitally and IT confident – especially ppt and visual tool suites like canva, excel.
Report Writer - notes of meetings, discussions, summarising actions and tracking them.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work with programme and Innovation teams to support the development of programme/project specific monitoring and evaluation plans, theories of change and results frameworks. This will involve building capacity of these teams, and working with other charities and organisations who are recipients of Motability Foundation's grants.
- Lead on design and implementation of evaluations that assess organisational and specific programme/project level relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, social and economic impact.
- Develop terms of reference for various evaluations, in consultation with programmes and Innovation teams, with clear purpose, objectives and evaluation questions, approach, methodology, resource requirements and work plan.
- Design evaluation approaches and methodologies, data collection instruments and analysis frameworks.

- Undertake and oversee design, collection and cleaning of data ready for analysis.

We provide information, advice, practical support, befriending and accessible activities to our clients and families. The Adult Services Team Manager is one of 3 team managers reporting to our Chief Executive Officer. The services managed include Direct Payment Support across Richmond and Wandsworth, Befriending and Community Activities, our Benefits and Housing Advice and Information service and our Counselling service.
We constantly research and develop services to meet the identified needs of the community and this role would suit someone who wants a good level of autonomy to develop new ideas.
The Adults Services Manager works alongside our Children’s Team Manager and our Social Prescribing and Community Development Manager, supported by Finance, Fundraising and Campaigns and Communications Managers.
Purpose of Post
- To be responsible for the management of the Support Services to Direct Payment clients in Richmond and Wandsworth.
- To be responsible for the research and development of adult services in Richmond and Wandsworth.

- To provide leadership and supervision, performance evaluation and general support for all of the adult services team managers and leads

Main Duties include:
Management of Direct Payment Support Service
- Lead and manage the Direct Payment Support Service across Richmond and Wandsworth Boroughs through an experienced DP Project Manager.
- Provide support to the DP Project Manager to resolve complex DP HR management issues around the area of employment law.
- Support the Project Manager in their work with the local authority to set targets for the project, monitor performance against these targets and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
- Report as required to the commissioners and the Ruils Board of trustees
- Work with the DP Project Manager and the CEO on new DP projects and funding applications as required.
CILS, Pathways and Counselling Teams
- Lead and manage the delivery of the Community activity, Befriending, Pathways and Counselling services.
- Work with the CILS partners to ensure that the service is meeting Local Authority targets
- Report as required to the commissioners and the Ruils Board of trustees
- Responsible for ensuring active promotion of the services to potential and existing clients and stakeholders and to ensure representation of Ruils at networking events.
- Work with the CEO and Fundraising Manager to ensure projects are fully funded and demand is well managed.

This role sits in the Trust’s Business Development/Nature Based Solutions (NBS) team, an innovative new team focused on county wide recovery and green finance investment within the county of Surrey. This role will also manage the Trusts internal and external processes around Green Finance and drive forward investment in nature at a landscape level.
As a senior role reporting into the Director of Business Development and Partnerships; practical experience of green finance including biodiversity net gain is essential; experience will also need to include demonstrable examples of project managing medium/large scale projects, contract management, financial analysis and working in a fast paced environment.
Our challenge is to restore Surrey’s nature and maximise climate adaptation and resilience following Lawton’s approach for a bigger, better, more joined up ecological network. We will do this both on our own land holding and by working with other landowners and managers in partnership as we strive towards a target of 30% of land connected and protected for nature by 2030. This Senior Project Officer role sits in our Innovation and Practice Function. Our team’s daily work includes setting up, managing, designing, delivering and reporting on a wide range of participatory and deliberative processes, ranging from small scale, hyper-local community engagements to large, national, multi-event Citizens’ Assemblies and longer term projects. Our processes can be face to face, hybrid, or online, and often involve bringing together different groups from within the public with interested parties and experts from across government, business , academia and civil society.
In addition, you would work closely with our Capacity Building and Standards team to support their work helping others to deliver these approaches and contribute to our communications and advocacy work. You will also support fundraising for grants and projects, responding to tenders and writing proposals and building relationships with our funders, collaborators and clients.
We are looking for an excellent project manager, able to manage fairly large projects and task manage others at all levels to ensure smooth delivery. You will be great at managing relationships at all levels and working with others to get things done. Given the nature of our work we are also looking for public participation skills, or relevant or transferable expertise and an understanding of deliberative practice. That will enable you to design and deliver project management, and support facilitation that fits our work and enables you to contribute to advising our clients on designing and delivering effective engagement. Across a dozen countries, we’re partnering with traditional fishers and community organizations to design, scale, strengthen, and sustain fisheries management and conservation at the community level. We bring partners together in networks to advocate for reform, and share tools and best practices to support fishing communities across the globe.
Summary job description
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager - Advocacy to support the delivery of our new advocacy projects in West Africa. The projects of about $2 million over 3 years will be focused on supporting regional civil society organisations to advocate for the rights of small-scale fishers against industrial destructive fishing and promoting transparent and sustainable fisheries governance.
Reporting to the West Africa (WA) Regional Director with a dotted line to the Head of Programme Management, the Project Manager will be supported by the wider Blue Ventures team, which will provide technical and strategic support and guidance. This is a full time role based in Blue Ventures’ Senegalese office, with regular travel in the West Africa region to work closely with partners, field teams, and communities (up to 20% travels).
The successful candidate will be a motivated, proactive, and highly organised individual, with an excellent knowledge of project implementation and ideally, strong knowledge of partnerships and advocacy. You will demonstrate a proven track record of project implementation, as well as good spoken and written communication. Ideally, you will have experience of community-based conservation and development initiatives in the region.
We are looking for an individual who is open to new ideas and embraces innovation, who can demonstrate experience of building effective working partnerships for conservation and/or development.
