The role
The aim of the MS Trust is to provide education for health professionals about what people with multiple sclerosis (MS) need.
This role has varied and interesting tasks to support our education and health professionals' programmes.
Key aspects of this position will involve providing administrative support within the Education team to schedule, design, organise and review educational programmes, liaise with health professionals across the UK and support the running of the health professionals' programmes.
This role is a blend of office based and remote working with occasional off-site delivery.

The team administrator will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Research and Publications (R&P) team, aiding in their operational efficiency, research, and development activities. The Shop Support Team Administrator role sits within our Shop Support Team in the Income Generation directorate at Shelter, you will report into the Shop Support Team Manager.

Providing comprehensive support to our Shops and Retail function is what’s required here. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, customers and supporters and also be responsible for all aspects of the shop supplies orders process - from price checking to placing orders. And, when it comes to finance or new goods admin – like processing invoices, raising new product codes or assisting with stock takes, again we’ll count on you. We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Litter-picking brings people closer together, enables neighbours to meet one another other and helps create a greater sense of pride and community in local areas.

OFFICE OPERATIONS AND EVENTS

Act as a first point of contact for enquiries coming into both general and programme specific inboxes, via the website and phone.

The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) is a charity that represents the voice of people living with dyslexia. We aim to influence government and other institutions to promote a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people of all ages to reach their full potential.
This role will work within a small, busy team of Training Administrators and will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination and administration of our training programmes and initiatives. The role holder will be an experienced administrator who is detail oriented and highly organised.
Location - Hybrid – 2 days a week in the BDA office, Access Business Centre Office 205, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, RG12 8FB, with the remainder of the week being home-based (UK). Travel to team days approximately 1-2 times a year is required.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible administrator to join our small Care Administration team, playing a key supportive role in the Care team by providing effective and wide ranging administrative tasks and reporting & data services.
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, organised and reliable individual with at least intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and experience of using databases due to the involved data and reporting element of this role. You will show determination to succeed and have a solutions-focused outlook. You will be passionate about information management, producing accurate and insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will have a keen eye for detail, able to juggle tasks, communicate clearly, with a desire to make a positive difference to the charity.
The postholder will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the Care Team (clinical and holistic). You will have a flexible, proactive and adaptable approach to the requirements of this role and to developing administrative and reporting needs as the services expand.

The Role of Safeguarding Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Coventry Diocesan Safeguarding team as a Safeguarding Administrator.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully with a range of stakeholders. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written will be key, as well as working collaboratively within a team.
The main responsibilities of the Safeguarding Administrator are:
- To provide effective and efficient administrative and logical support to the diocesan safeguarding team ensuring that all systems contribute to the delivery of high-quality service and the smooth running of the diocesan safeguarding teams work.
- Overseeing the team’s diary management, booking internal and external meetings
- Minute taking meetings including safeguarding meetings
- Screening calls and emails for the diocesan safeguarding team from a range of stake holders including those who may have vulnerabilities, using your initiative to respond to enquiries, delegate safeguarding referrals to the relevant members of the team
- Maintain and update relevant databases and recording systems, ensuring accurate records
- Be responsible for DBS administration of Parish Safeguarding Officers
- Developing knowledge of safeguarding policy to advise appropriately on matters relating to general parish safeguarding such as safer recruitment, training and parish dashboard
- Provide general administrative support, as deemed appropriate by the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor

About the role:
Your role as a Service Delivery Assistant (SDA) will be to provide an administrative function to the Humberside staff team.
The SDA role is a crucial one, to ensure the efficient running of the service and support the frontline staff to provide an effective service.
As an SDA you will;

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
