We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive department of Samaritan’s Purse International (SPI) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), supporting the Executive Director (ED) and wider Senior Management Team (SMT). The role is part time (21 hours per week) and based from our head office in Coventry.
The post holder will need to have meticulous attention to detail, be highly organised and have excellent administrative skills. A key aspect of the role is building collaborative relationships internally and externally. Proven experience working at Executive Director level is essential.
Duties will include:
- Providing full administrative and secretarial service to the ED and SMT
- Providing administrative support to the Board members of SP and BGEA
- Building of relationships both internally and externally
- Manage and maintain electronic diary accurately, liaise with the ED and SMT to input and manage appointments
- Undertake general administrative duties as requested by the ED and SMT
- Organise meetings/conferences/special events, provide agendas/directions to attendees. This to include all ED meetings and SMT strategic and tactical meetings.
- Organise travel for ED and SMT
- Organise visits by international visitors, including schedules of appointments
- Attend meetings, take notes/minutes to circulate to attendees in an accurate and timely fashion
- Daily use of Microsoft packages
- Assist the SMT with administrative tasks to aid in the efficient running of the team
- Attend SMT meetings and provide agendas, papers and notes
Occupational Requirement

The job holder should be committed to the purpose of SPI and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for the Christian purposes of the organisation and be able to live out, hold to, support, and contribute to its Christian ethos.

Salary: Grade C £ 16,888per annum - £19,511per annum (£28,148 - £32,519 pro rata) depending upon experience plus 8% employer pension contribution (pro rata)
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to provide an excellent PA service to our Senior Leadership Team and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
You will have previous experience as a personal assistant working within a busy team. You will be skilled in using all Office applications as well as in prioritising and supporting multiple people simultaneously.
You will work independently but also be part of the CEO Office team and will be key to contributing to our wider purpose of saving butterflies and moths.

We are looking for someone to run our helpline and perform general administration office duties from our Birmingham office. A large part of this role is to provide emotional support to traumatically bereaved members when required.
Candidates must have a history of providing emotional support to emontionally distressed or vulnerable people.

This is an exciting new post which will aim to provide support as The Maypole Project develops as a charity and service provider to children with complex medical needs and their families.
What you will do:
- Provide administrative and technical support to the team
- Scheduling appointments both internal and external
- Travel management, preparation of travel itineraries
- Preparing equipment and materials for client meetings
- Manage and support with ad hoc projects
- Gatekeeping calls
- Creation of content and presentations
- Assisting with reports and evaluations
- Collation of data
- Attending fundraising and support events and activities when required
- Ad hoc administrative duties, such as office stocks and supplies
- Assisting on website, newsletter and social media management
