We have an exciting opportunity for an ASB Caseworker to provide support for victims of Anti-Social Behaviour in the Borough of Ealing, working 20 hours a week.

About the roles:

The role offers flexibility for home and office working with travel to appointments to meet clients when needed in Ealing.

This role is based at Whitecross Studios (Islington); however, we offer hybrid working. There will be occasional working from Perceval House (Ealing) approximately once a month and/or when meeting with clients.

As an ASB Caseworker you will provide high quality, holistic support to clients affected by Anti-Social Behaviour in the London Borough of Ealing. You will be required to attend the monthly Ealing Community ASB MARAC, held once a month.

You will act as the single point of contact for your clients offering face to face support and ensuring they receive their rights & support from external agencies. You will need experience of working in a similar setting with the ability to undertake needs and risks assessments, create appropriate support plans, and monitor the support is helping clients to cope and recover.

You will need to be able to manage a demanding workload, scheduling client appointments (may include travel) and to meet a range of conflicting deadlines. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and to communicate effectively with a range of people both within Victim Support and with external organisations.
