The receptionist plays a key role in our services as they are the first point of contact for our centre users.
Your duties will include providing a warm welcome to everyone, answering, directing telephone calls and taking messages. Assisting the Centre with general administration and keeping records up-to-date. Assisting centre users and directing them to their groups and promoting 1st Place activities. You will have a good standard of education, computer skills, and good communication skills and committed to equal opportunities. Experience in reception work is desirable
