The Volunteer, Engagement & Development Manager will sit within our leadership team structure and work proactively with colleagues across CABB, holding primary responsibility for the following key areas:
- Lead on the review, development and implementation of our volunteering programme, while ensuring the inclusion, engagement, diversity, impact and value of volunteers is recognised and celebrated.
- Provide line management to a small team of paid staff who work closely with and support our volunteers and engagement areas of the service.
The postholder will be a dedicated, flexible and quality focused individual who is able to work independently, with minimal supervision.

The Trust is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Manager to join our passionate enthusiastic Team. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations the post holder will be responsible for all HR related matters and ensure that Managers can develop to their full potential by upskilling, coaching and providing advice.
The HR Manager is a newly created position reflecting the growth in Trust activities over recent years and the need for a dedicated resource to ensure Trust needs are met as we continue to grow and evolve. This is a great opportunity to be involved in shaping and embedding HR Strategies across all Teams of the Trust.
The successful candidate will be qualified to CIPD level 5 and have proven experience in HR policy and practice. Charity experience would be advantageous however this is not essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Mind CHWF to join our IRIE Mind service as a Clinical Service Manager. The role involves working alongside the Director, assisting in the day-to- day running and management of the Wellbeing Centre and its strong team in the delivery of our specialised service. Under the direction of the Director, you will be responsible for the therapeutic management and co-ordination of the Centre at IRIE Mind, including the support, line management and supervision of sessional staff in offering therapeutic interventions, service development and the involvement of Clients in the quality-of-service provision.
