Are you a motivated and experienced Community Café Coordintor looking for a new challenge?

FoodCycle is an award-winning and innovative charity that builds communities by combining volunteers, surplus food and spare kitchen spaces to create nutritious meals for people at risk from food poverty. 

Following the successful first year of our Haringey café we are now looking for a Community Café Coordintor to run the café on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This café uses surplus food to create affordable, nutritious meals for people in the community and harnesses the energy of some amazing volunteers to make it all happen. This project is based in Haringey MIND’s building and we work in partnership with them to serve both the general public and service users.

If you have at least one year’s experience of working in a catering/ hospitality environment, love to cook and have extensive experience of working with volunteers then this could be for you!

The salary for this post is £21,000 pro rata for 3 days per week total salary £12,600. Thursday evening working required.
