The Emma Project, Daria House and Jan’s Place are specialist services providing refuge and support services to women who have been subjected to domestic and/or sexual violence and abuse, including women who have been sexually exploited, including through prostitution and who also use substances problematically.
You will work closely alongside the refuges Team Leader and Service Manager to implement and deliver a trauma informed approach to refuge services.

Job Role:
We need an exceptional People Team Advisor. We need an exceptional People Advisor. This is a key post in supporting the management and staff of the FEC. The Forces Employment Charity to be effective in their roles and provide the very best quality of provision to our external delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the provision of a high-quality People (HR) service to all stakeholders in all employee life cycle in generalist capacity including resource, employee relations, learning & development, and reward, in accordance with the consistent application of charity policies and procedures and compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Produce employment contracts and variation to contracts in line with authorised management requests.

- Provide and Support Administrator in the management information reports relating to HR, for example absence data, annual leave allowances, training compliance etc.
- Work with team managers to ensure all information (e.g., jobs descriptions, working hours and patterns, etc.) is consistent and up to date.

Delphside Limited is entering an exciting phase of change, but is mindful of the challenges the mental health care and charity sector as a whole is facing.

The role is a temporary role (6-12 months) to help direct and support changes of financial systems, data control processes and to help ensure the current team, including our current Finance Manager, are supported with the implementation of a more up to date and effective way of working.

About the Role
Humanists International has another separate entity based in the US. This role will be a part of the UK operations team but will collaborate with the US finance team occasionally when it’s required, for example, during the audit period. Both UK and US finance teams are managed by the same Director of Finance and Operations who is based in London.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide excellent finance and administrative support to the small, predominantly home-based team. We’re seeking someone who is personable, highly organised, has attention to detail and is keen to take initiative and learn new skills. Onboarding training will be provided, but we would like you to demonstrate transferable skills.
You will work on a wide variety of tasks which will include bookkeeping and bank reconciliations, being the first point of contact for the organisation, as well as providing general administrative support to the team. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across a diverse international team.
This is a full-time or part-time with a minimum of 4 days/week (0.8 FTE), permanent position, which is predominantly home-based but does require the attendance of in-person events such as the General Assembly and Team Building. Job Purpose:
The Fundraising and Administration Officer role primarily focuses on providing excellent supporter care and administrative support within the fundraising department. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining supporter relations, optimising fundraising efforts, and ensuring efficient administrative processes are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporter Care:
- To be a first point of contact for the Fundraising Department, answering the phone and meeting and greeting people who arrive to the office.

Digital Marketing:
- Support in developing UK digital fundraising opportunities.

About the Role
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Police IDVA for Solace co-located in Lewisham Police station. As the IDVA you will provide immediate support for victim/survivors of abuse at all levels of intervention including carrying out risk and needs assessments, safety planning and providing short-term support and onward referral. Sepsis is the immune system’s overreaction to an infection or injury. There are over 245,000 cases each year in the UK with approximately 48,000 deaths. UKST aims to reduce preventable deaths from this ‘killer’ condition. We achieve this by:

Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to help CfD improve our communications, and to support the Deaf Community and hard of hearing people throughout Bristol with managing and sharing their information. The Communications & Press Officer reports to the Communications & Resources Manager.
This role is a permanent role. The role is based in Chippenham but flexible working options are available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write engaging content for a range of platforms, in line with our “Read, Listen and Watch” strategy
- Demonstrate the life-changing impact of SAT-7 and the value of supporters’ financial giving
- Show how God is at work in the MENA, and mobilise increased prayer for the issues affecting different people groups and MENA Christians
- Inform supporters and the wider public about the context, news, challenges and opportunities for the MENA region and Church

Salary: £29,855.00 per annum
Hours: 37 hour week

Do you want to support a team who work with children, young people with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties?
The post holder will support Children, Young People, and Young Adults in our Emotional Health & Wellbeing services based in Gateshead by offering low intensity support under a brief intervention framework.
The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for children, every step of the way.
The nature of the service means that service users require intensive support to be provided during out of hours and weekends. The service holds no waiting lists and therefore the ability to build relationships quickly, identify risks, and process further support is vital.
We are looking for a Well Being Practitioner that:
-Has a genuine passion and working knowledge of young people and mental health.
-Able to develop good therapeutic relationships with CYP and families
-Experience of working in settings with young people who have emotional, behavioural and/or mental health concerns.
-Has a background or worked in Health Care, Education, Youth Work or Social work
-Able to provide direct low level therapeutic support that is person centred.
-Able to deliver improved wellbeing for children &young people presenting in crisis.
-a good working knowledge of Mental and Emotional Health Issues that young people face today, including interventions on how to support young people in overcoming these challenges.
Due to the fast paced environment and use of computers for clinical record keeping, you will need to have a good level of IT skills.
