The Trussell Trust are seeking a Philanthropy Executive to join our high-performing Major Donor team. The Philanthropy Executive supports the work of the team with executive tasks and in managing the stewardship communications for a specific caseload tier of supporters. You will help to develop our plans for working with this tier, liaising with the Individual Giving team to manage the donor journey between mid-value and the major donor caseload. You will co-ordinate a tailored programme of stewardship communications and engagement helping to build and deepen long-term relationships and secure income. 

Role responsibilities 

• Stewarding a tier of donors to bring them closer to our work, planning and coordinating a programme of one-to-many communications, asks and appeals as well as quarterly updates (to be used across the major donor caseload), thanking donors, and helping to build understanding of the impact of their support.

• Managing the philanthropy team inbox and providing first point of contact for enquiries and colleagues, fielding them to the relevant team members. 

• Co-ordinating with the Individual Giving mid-value team to effectively manage supporter journeys. Liaising with the Supporter Care team to ensure that contact records are accurate and data protection compliant, and that gifts are coded and recorded correctly on our database. 

• Supporting the Major Donor team with executive tasks such as keeping accurate records, liaising with external suppliers, assisting with comms creation in liaison with the Marcomms teams; sourcing relevant content for donor updates; assisting with mailings and invitations to events; using Salesforce to identify and qualify prospects and performing basic desktop research; producing briefings; producing reports. 

• Attending internal meetings and gathering information to ensure our team are abreast of developments across the organisation.

Technical skills and minimum knowledge: 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• A high level of numeracy and IT literacy, including proficiency using Outlook, Microsoft Office suite and video conferencing software. 

• A high standard of personal organisation and the ability to work on multiple projects, identifying conflicting demands and establishing clear priorities to meet deadlines

Our Principal is looking for a Personal Assistant who has the initiative to drive projects forward and is highly organised. This is an exciting new role within a vibrant and growing Charity. Tyndale House is a renowned institute for biblical studies and possesses one of the finest libraries for biblical research in the world. Mid-Level Giving Officer

Position Objective:

The Mid-Level Giving Officer will support PETA’s impact and growth through their work with an exciting portfolio of mid-level donors typically giving £250 - £999 size gifts. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of cultivating, stewarding and soliciting from this pool of valued supporters, including Vanguard Society Members, to provide a first-rate donor experience while deepening members’ engagement and financial support. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Vanguard Society donors and prospects
• Creating engaging donor journeys and presenting opportunities for deeper engagement
• Develop and implement donor-specific plans of strategic communication touches by phone, email and mail. This will include updates on PETA’s progress and victories, messages of gratitude, invitations to events, and asks to donors to increase their financial support. 
• Manage a portfolio of Vanguard Society and mid-level donors, each giving £250 + or with the capacity to make annual gifts at a higher level (at one time as well as cumulatively), including cultivating and stewarding each donor to increase their engagement and giving.

Bristol Old Vic’s Fundraising and Development Department is responsible for building financial sustainability for BOV through securing external funding from individuals, corporates and trusts and foundations.

The Development Officer: Individuals & Corporates will secure income from individuals, through our giving schemes and major gifts,  and corporate sponsors who support productions, engagement and community work and the newly formed literary department. Capital Campaign Lead - Special Events & Relationships

As Capital Campaign Lead for Special Events & Relationships, you will work with the Head of Philanthropy and Capital Appeals, and colleagues in the Philanthropy Team and across EAAA, to create and deliver a series of unique fundraising events in the private and public phases of the campaign.

You will be responsible for all aspects of these events, from the concept through to on-the-day delivery, including administration, budgeting, recruitment, logistics, and supporter experience.

But your engagement with campaign donors and prospects will not end there. You will also be responsible for cultivating relationships beyond the events, for identifying donor interests and making compelling asks, and for thanking and stewardship as the campaign progresses. You will also be instrumental in building the prospect pipeline, contributing to prospecting strategy meetings and conducting research as required.

With previous experience within the fundraising sector, you will have a proven track record in supporting the solicitation of gifts of £5,000+. You will have experience of managing projects with multiple stakeholders, forecasting, planning and setting KPIs, and working with CRM systems.

As the High Value Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high value fundraising activities across the Philanthropy, Corporate, and Community teams. Your focus will primarily be on supporting the Philanthropy team, ensuring seamless administrative processes and enabling our fundraising efforts to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative and office management assistance to the Philanthropy team. This includes tasks like booking travel, processing invoices, and leading monthly expense reconciliation.
• Director Support: Be the right hand to our Director of Philanthropy, managing their diary, organising meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
• Donor Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records on our CRM system, meticulously tracking attachments, meeting notes, and research information.
• Gift Administration: Take the lead on gift administration, managing the donation log, income batching, and monthly reconciliation. Be the primary point of contact for gift-related inquiries.

Working arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London Office (NW1 7AW).

About you

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experienced Administrator: A proven track record in providing senior-level support and coordinating activities within fast-paced teams.
• Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of budgets and financial processes, coupled with experience in finance systems.
• Proactive & Agile: Someone who can anticipate needs, adapt to changing circumstances, and implement efficiency measures.
• Team Player: Effective collaboration with others, resilience under pressure, and strong organisational skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and strong computer skills particularly with MS Office.
