The opportunity:

As Head of Fundraising, you will have experience overseeing various income streams, including individual giving, regional fundraising, corporate partnerships, and in-memory fundraising. The key responsibilities include:

- Provide general oversight and line management support to our fundraising and lottery teams, comprising 26 dedicated individuals. You'll offer specific guidance and support to a core group of 7 team members.

About You:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with an excellent track record in a similar position. You will possess strong leadership and team-building skills, as well as bring a strategic approach to achieving development within the team and financial targets. Most importantly, you will act as an ambassador and advocate for the Hospice.

If this has sparked your interest, and you are ready to be part of a team that values kindness, teamwork, compassion, and community, then contact Zelda Leader and Priya Vencatasawmy at Charity People. Due to the sensitive nature of the role, we are accepting applications on a rolling basis, which means the role can close at any stage, so please do reach out if this impacts you in any way.
