Prospect Research Manager
We are seeking an accomplished and committed person to join us in the role of Prospect Research Manager.
Based in the University of Oxford’s Development and Alumni Engagement department, the Prospect Research Team drives the ambitious fundraising activities of the University. It does this in a number of ways, and the major focus of this role is on the team’s work in carrying out due diligence research as part of the University’s donations acceptance process.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Prospect Research and working alongside two other Prospect Research Managers in a wider team, the postholder will play a key role in overseeing our crucial work in this area. The role also offers the opportunity of line management responsibilities.
This is an opportunity to develop your career in the context of a busy, capable and friendly team, which also works on identifying new potential donors, and providing insights to build relationships with our supporters. Maintain and update the grant Terms & Conditions.

Communication & Relationships
Lead on the development of an internal communications plan, promoting both the opportunities available to apply for Charitable Funding within the Trust and the impact of projects that have been funded by the Charity. Promote the work of the Charity throughout the Trust and with funders.
Develop relationships with the Charitable Spending Committee.
Develop key relationships throughout the Trust that support the grant award and reporting process.
To build and manage key relationships with existing partners.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Finance Team, working together to provide a smooth process.

Innovation & Development

Work with the database manager to develop the use of the CRM system with the grants team to maximise efficiency.

The Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work with the Lloyds Bank Foundation’s Systems Manager to deliver the Salesforce roadmap for 2024-2025 in an effective and timely manner.
-You will contribute to the delivery of Salesforce projects, which include new external system integrations.
-You will work as part of the team to decommission the system thorough which we currently administer our Matched Giving programme and transition the programme to Salesforce.

We are seeking an enthusiatic self-starter to work closely with the Chief of Staff to help plan, implement, expand and improve the Degrees Initiative's programmes of work. You will be expected to hit the gound running, lead a small team and oversee diverse projects and processes.
