We are currently looking for a Project Administrative Officer to support the USAID 'Reducing Opportunities for Unlawful Transport of Endangered Species’ (ROUTES) Partnership. ROUTES is an innovative collaboration which brings organisations together to disrupt wildlife trafficking by reducing the use of legal transportation supply chains.

The Project Administrative Officer will have overall responsibility for the consistent and efficient administration of the partnership for TRAFFIC, which will include creating and maintaining financial and project management records in line with donor regulations. The role will also involve providing administrative support to other TRAFFIC projects and working closely with other TRAFFIC teams and with project partners.

The candidate must have several years’ experience with project administration, ideally for a government, NGO or charity. Experience with budgeting, contracting, donor/project reporting and working with financial reports is essential. Good team work skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines and a willingness to work on one’s own innovative are also critical to the role.
