The Bristol Mental Health Partnership came to exist in October 2014 when voluntary organisations (such as Missing Link, Second Step, Nilaari and Off The Record) came together with AWP to provide secondary mental health services in Bristol. The Bristol Mental Health Partnership aims to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health needs across Bristol by engaging with service users in the community and using a range of skills to deliver support specific to the service user and their recovery goals. The post involves working with and alongside multiple organisations that form the Recovery Bristol Partnership.

The BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership was launched in 2025, and is a voluntary sector partnership committed to providing expert mental health support at the right time and in the right place for people living in BSW. The BSW Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership is a new collaboration made up of: Second Step, Alabare, Nilaari and Missing Link. As our Recovery and Development Manager you will work closely with NHS community mental health services provided by Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust (AWP) and manage our Recovery Navigators who are based in the Access Community Mental Health teams across BSW.

About the role:

As our Female* Partnership Recovery & Development Manager you will need to work collaboratively and effectively in partnership with all agencies to ensure productive partnership working. You will support the development and implementation of a range of voluntary community sector roles throughout community mental health services in the Recovery Bristol Partnership and Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership BSW. You will manage our Assistant Recovery Navigators, Recovery Navigators, Crisis Workers, Peer Recovery Workers and Facilitated Discharge Worker working in different hubs across Bristol, BaNES Swindon and Wiltshire.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Female* Partnership Recovery & Development Manager:

• Work in partnership with AWP and Second Step to ensure the development and performance of VCS staff
• Facilitate partnership working between VCS partners and AWP, by acting as a key advocate for VCS roles at all Partnership meetings
• Proactively and professionally address and resolve challenges, working in a collaborative way, to ensure VCS staff are working within the remit of their roles
• Maintain and promote good understanding of Community Mental Health Services and the wider Bristol, BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire Mental Health Services
• Analyse problems and situations and find long-term solutions that benefit and improve the partnerships
• Support the RBP to embed VCS Management policies and procedures to support effective Human Resources management and ensure the health and wellbeing of VCS staff
• Promote a supportive and recovery focused culture within the partnerships

Area Programme and Development Manager will work as part of the Management Team and are key ambassadors for the organisation and the wider VCFSE. This is an exciting opportunity to join RCR Learning as our Digital Learning Production Scheduler, playing a central role in delivering high quality digital learning experiences for clinical radiologists and clinical oncologists across the globe.

We are building a world class digital learning library that supports doctors at every stage of their careers strengthening professional development, improving clinical practice, and ultimately enhancing patient care.

To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a proactive and detail driven production specialist who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to our digital learning production workflows. As our Digital Learning Production Scheduler, you will own the end to end production lifecycle of multiple digital learning resources: from scoping and scheduling through design, development, quality assurance and release.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan, track and coordinate digital learning production across multiple projects
• Keep schedules and trackers up to date, ensuring everyone has a clear view of deadlines, dependencies and risks
• Work closely with our Learning Designers, Digital Content Developers, SMEs and Project Leads to keep delivery on track
• Maintain strong production processes — intake, prioritisation, reviews, approvals and release
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and slippage, working with the Digital Learning Manager and Digital Learning Project Manager to keep projects moving
• Support rigorous quality assurance, version control and release management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation and production standards

This is a hands on, highly collaborative role at the heart of our digital learning operation.

What you bring

• Proven experience coordinating digital learning or e learning production, from planning to release
• Confidence managing multiple concurrent workflows with clarity and composure
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills — you love a good tracker!
• Experience supporting QA processes, media checks and issue tracking
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work smoothly with a wide range of stakeholders included external contributors and SMEs
• A highly detail oriented approach and commitment to maintaining consistent standards
• Confidence using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Teams or SharePoint

Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards, accessibility (WCAG), and working with freelancers or external suppliers is desirable, but not essential.

The Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the charity. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and Board of Trustees, the postholder will oversee operations, finance, governance, and organisational systems to ensure the charity delivers high-quality services in line with its mission and strategic objectives.

The role will strengthen organisational sustainability through robust financial management, effective systems and processes, strong team leadership, and support for income generation activities.

The Operations Manager in conjunction with the Business Development Manager together form the CVS’s senior management team. They will ensure the charity operates in compliance with all regulatory requirements while maximising impact for beneficiaries and communities.

A rare and newly-created opportunity to join David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) as Director of Development at a pivotal moment of growth. Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week (4 days)
Location: Hybrid working between the DSWF Shalford Office (GU4 8JU) for a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), and home with occasional travel
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum pro rata. Bank Holidays are also provided, and at DSWF’s discretion the office usually closes between Christmas and New Year (additional to annual leave)

Summary of the Role
The Director of Development (DoD) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all fundraising income and supporter engagement activity at DSWF. The role is accountable for delivering sustainable, diversified revenue growth aligned with DSWF’s mission across conservation, education and art, while building lasting relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, corporate partners and senior supporters.

Working in close partnership with the CEO, COO, CFO, and Board of Trustees, the DoD translates organisational strategy into compelling Cases for Support, effective fundraising plans and measurable outcomes. The postholder leads and develops a high-performing Development team, ensuring strong delivery and continuous improvement.

As a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), the Director shares responsibility for shaping the Foundation’s overall direction, contributing to governance, organisational culture and high-level strategic decision-making.

This is a pivotal position combining senior management with hands-on major gift fundraising and team leadership. Central to enabling the Foundation’s long-term impact and growth, the DoD is a driving force behind DSWF’s ability to successfully deliver its mission to protect endangered species in Africa and Asia.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
•Lead on the development, implementation, delivery and continuous refinement of DSWF’s multi-year Development strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and long-term financial sustainability.
•Advise the CEO and Trustees on fundraising performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
•Own and articulate the organisational Case/s for Support, ensuring a clear, compelling narrative that integrates conservation impact, education outcomes and artistic heritage.
•Working closely with the rest of the SMT, embed a culture of philanthropy across the organisation, enabling all team members, Trustees and ambassadors to actively support income generation.
•As part of SMT, be jointly responsible for over-arching decisions regarding the direction of the Foundation, its mission, strategies and culture.

Major & Strategic Fundraising
•Working closely with the CEO, cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of DSWF’s most significant donors and prospects, including major individual donors, trusts and foundations, legacy campaigns and strategic partners.
•Responsible, alongside the CEO, for the overall management of all corporate partnerships and sponsors.
•Design and lead bespoke solicitation strategies for new high-value prospects, involving the CEO, Trustees and senior colleagues as appropriate.
•Oversee the development of structured approaches to major giving, trusts & foundations, legacy giving and corporate partnerships.
•Have strategic oversight of lower-level individual giving programmes including appeals, regular individual giving and adoption schemes.
•Be responsible and ensure best practice in prospect research, due diligence, stewardship and ethical fundraising.

Team Leadership & Management
•Lead, manage and develop the Development team, setting clear objectives, KPIs and income targets aligned to the overall strategy.
•Ensure the structure, resourcing and capabilities of the team are fit for purpose and scalable as income grows.
•Coach and support all those within the organisation that are responsible for fundraising, providing professional leadership, mentoring and performance management.
•Lead on all training and offer career progression for all staff within the Development team.
•Foster strong collaboration between Development and all departments, including; Policy and Programmes, Marketing and Communications, Education, Art, Finance and Operations.

Supporter Engagement
•Represent DSWF externally with senior donors, partners and sector peers, enhancing the organisation’s profile and credibility.
•Oversee a high-quality supporter journey across all touchpoints, ensuring donors feel valued, informed and connected to impact including lower-level individual giving.
•Champion systematic all level stewardship, donor care and impact reporting to maximise retention, lifetime value and advocacy.
•Ensure accurate, GDPR-compliant data capture and effective use of CRM systems (Beacon) to drive insight-led fundraising.

Events
•This senior role will have overall responsibility for any fundraising or donor profile events (at present this would include the Wildlife Ball which is an annual fundraising/profile raising event that takes place at the Dorchester Hotel).
•Working closely with the rest of SMT, this role will direct the Development team to ensure that all events deliver optimum, high level donor experiences and are run professionally (with logistics and operational support from the COO and team).
•This role will have overall responsibility for ensuring the CEO has all information required to support engagement with donors at all events.

Governance & Reporting
•Report on Development performance to the CEO, SMT and Trustees, providing clear analysis against agreed targets.
•Work closely with Finance to support forecasting, budgeting and long-term income planning.
•Work closely with Finance and legal advisors in relation to all legal matters pertaining to legacies and bequests.
•Ensure all Development activity aligns with regulatory, governance and ethical standards.

Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
•Significant senior leadership experience in fundraising and development within complex, mission-driven non-profit organisations, at Director level or equivalent, where philanthropy is critical to organisational impact and growth.
•Significant experience in leading and delivering long-term development strategies, with a demonstrable track record of translating organisational ambition into clear, costed and achievable fundraising plans.
•Proven ability to set strategic direction across multiple income streams, establish measurable objectives and KPIs and use data and insight to monitor performance, evaluate impact and adapt approach over time.
•Experience of driving sustained income growth, strengthening donor pipelines, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned to organisational priorities and long-term sustainability.
•Deep understanding of the UK philanthropic landscape, with well-established networks across major donors, trusts and foundations, corporates and high-net-worth individuals and the ability to build credibility and influence rapidly at national and international levels.
•Demonstrable experience of leading and scaling fundraising income through periods of organisational change, growth or strategic transformation.

Join SmellTaste and lead the development of the charity’s involvement in research, shaping how lived experience of those affected by smell and taste impairment is integrated in research projects. As Research Development and Engagement Manager, you will lead engagement with researchers, our patient community, and external partners to develop and support new research collaborations. This includes leading the Public and Patient Involvement activity for a 12-month National Institute of Health Research-funded Programme Development Grant, the ICAST Programme: Improving Care for patients with Smell & Taste Disorders, and undertaking planning work for the prospective Programme Grant which is expected to follow this.

This post is funded for 2 days (15 hours) per week for an initial 12-month period, with the potential for the contract to be extended and for it to become a full-time role subject to further funding being secured.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SmellTaste contribution to a 12-month National Institute of Health Research-funded Programme Development Grant, led by Prof Carl Philpott at the University of East Anglia (the ICAST Programme: Improving Care for patients with Smell & Taste Disorders).  
• Develop a Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) strategy for the above project, including evaluation of impact and dissemination
• Manage a PPI panel for the NIHR project, organise PPIE meetings and ensure participants and panel members are remunerated for activity.
• Develop a detailed, costed delivery plan for the national survey element of the planned Programme Grant which is expected to follow on from the Programme Development Grant, including marketing and publicity, recruitment and dissemination.
• Work with the charity’s CEO and honorary Director of Research and Medical Affairs to develop a research strategy for the charity that aligns with the research priorities identified in the James Lind Alliance Priority Setting Partnership for Smell and Taste Disorders.
• Work with the charity’s CEO, honorary Director of Research and Medical Affairs and external researchers to identify opportunities for new collaborative research opportunities.
• Develop funding applications for research projects.
• Oversee all of the charity’s collaborative research activity, including PPIE activity.
• Evaluate and report on the impact of research projects, ensuring inclusivity and ethical standards.
