About the role

The Trusts & Foundations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable income growth for Emmaus UK through strategic relationship management, compelling funding proposals and the development of a strong pipeline of new and existing Trusts & Foundations supporters.

Working collaboratively across Emmaus UK and our wider federation, the post holder will identify funding priorities, develop fundable projects and deliver excellent stewardship and reporting to secure long-term support for the organisation’s mission and strategic objectives.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of a small but ambitious team, raising vital funds for a unique organisation with a proven philosophy on tackling homelessness through the power of community.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive, relationship focused fundraiser who can bring the incredible impact of Emmaus to life in person and through powerful prose.

We are searching for creative candidates who will passionately convey the deep impact and the unique approach that Emmaus takes whilst articulating the stark reality and challenges of those who are faced with homelessness.

The ideal candidate will pride themselves on detail but also be energised at the prospect of engaging with funders directly as they build strong, meaningful and lasting relationships, both with our existing portfolio of grant funders in addition to new prospects. 

What we offer​

· Salary: £39,924 (Cost of living increase from July expected to increase to circa £41k)

· Working hours: Full time, 37.5 Hours per week Monday to Friday, with flexible working options available

WWTW’s Care Coordination service involves the assessment of needs for your client, the sourcing of appropriate support and the ongoing navigation of that support. You remain the central point of contact as you support your service user to address their challenges, which may include a lack of secure housing, debt, social isolation, relationship breakdowns, lack of education and training, welfare issues or substance misuse.

We are looking for a Veteran Liaison Support Officer (VLSO) who can work within a muti disciplinary team and fully appreciates the patience, resilience and self-motivation that is required to support a dispersed and diverse caseload of individuals. You must be someone who is able to work independently, particularly in managing your time and caseload, whilst recognising that you are one crucial element of a wider team of support who will need to work collaboratively to get the best outcome for clients. We welcome applicants who have experience or specialise in housing, although it is not essential.  Experience of working with veterans would be beneficial although again, not essential.

The Veteran Liaison Support Officer (VLSO) will have a caseload of ex-servicemen and women who may, at times, be facing multiple complex needs. Working with local delivery partners, you will make referrals for support, whilst retaining the overall caseworker responsibilities. The Hygiene Bank is looking to appoint a Partnership Officer to engage new brands with the work of our charity. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation that is working to end hygiene poverty in the UK.

About the role 

We're looking for a proactive, organised and relationship-focused Partnership Officer to join our growing Brand & Corporate Partnerships team. 

Working closely with and supported by the Head of Brand & Corporate Partnerships, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing new brand partnerships, nurturing existing relationships, and helping to deliver ambitious income and impact targets. 

Our partners range from emerging challenger brands to nationally recognised businesses like Boots UK. They support our work through financial contributions, product donations, employee fundraising, volunteering, awareness campaigns and skills-based support. 

You'll be at the heart of these relationships, helping partners understand the difference they can make and ensuring they have an outstanding experience of supporting The Hygiene Bank. 

This role would suit someone with experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, account management or sales who is excited by the prospect of combining commercial relationship-building with meaningful social impact. 

Job Description  

The Partnership Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation team and wider central team, with a responsibility to help meet the needs of our existing partnerships and support in fulfilling the charity’s income generation plans and strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

You will support the management of our brand partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships. Your role will be to source new brand relationships, set up meetings for the team and support existing brand partnerships. 

• Work closely with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships to identify and outreach to target brand partners, working to engage their support for the charity

• Account management of new and existing partners 

• Meticulous record keeping, ensuring the pipeline and the opportunity database are current and up to date.

• Contribute to the organisation and team's annual plans, strategies, and budgets. 

• Develop, monitor, and maintain systems and processes including Salesforce and account management plans. 

• Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and partner impact reports.

We’re looking for someone who can lead and develop meaningful lived experience insight work that helps shape services, influence change and strengthen co-production across Shelter. You’ll work closely with teams across your directorate and nationally to coordinate insight projects, share learning and embed lived experience into decision-making and ways of working. The role requires you to support wellbeing, safeguarding and personal development for people involved in our work and helping create pathways into volunteering and employment. You’ll also design and deliver training and resources for colleagues, while ensuring activity is well monitored, evaluated and continuously improved.

You’ll be confident facilitating workshops and conversations, communicating insights clearly and turning complex information into accessible, actionable outputs such as service maps and user journeys. With experience of prototyping, agile working and service design methods, you’ll help teams navigate challenges, support delivery and contribute to the ongoing development of inclusive, user-centred design practices across the organisation.

The Design team plays a key role within Shelter by producing engaging user experiences for advice services, campaigns, fundraising and cross cutting journeys. We are user centred design leaders that collaborate across the organisation to develop digital solutions that meet user needs and organisational goals. Disciplines in the team include Service Design and Interaction Design.  They work closely with other teams – particularly the Content team, Product and Delivery team, Insight and BI team and business owners in Services and Income Generation. Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

Location: Based in either Crisis Skylight Edinburgh (EH8 8BQ), Newcastle (NE1 2AF) or Merseyside (L1 5BD) at least three days per week. There is an expectation of regular travel across all sites and travel to our London head office approximately once every six weeks.

Contract: 12-month fixed term contract or secondment opportunity, including external secondments.

Salary: £74,572 per annum

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal senior leadership role at a critical moment for Crisis. We are looking for a Director of Operations on a 12-month fixed term contract or secondment, someone who thrives in periods of transformation and can lead a geographically dispersed senior team. With a bold new strategic direction placing Client Services at the heart of ending homelessness, Crisis is implementing a place-based approach to system change, becoming a housing provider, and scaling the impact of our nine Skylights and Christmas offer. This role sits at the centre of that change. You will provide strong, values-led leadership across our Skylights in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Merseyside, senior support to the Lead Clinical Psychologist as well the entirety of Client Services across Great Britain. You will be bold in driving continuous improvement, collaborative in your approach to partnerships, impactful in your use of data and insight, and equitable in your leadership.

About you

• Significant senior leadership experience in a relevant sector, such as homelessness, adult social care, health, education, or employment, with a strong track record of inspiring and empowering people and teams through change.
• Excellent networking, partnership-building and influencing skills, adaptable to a range of audiences from frontline staff to senior politicians and funders
• A proven track record in operational leadership: implementing quality standards, compliance assurance, governance, and driving continuous service improvement
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to generate insight that improves service effectiveness, alongside experience managing significant and complex budgets
• A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, and an understanding of psychologically informed, trauma-informed approaches when working with people who have experienced complex adversity
• A genuine commitment to Crisis’ purpose and values, and a passion for ending homelessness — we particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of homelessness
