We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individual to join our client services team within our assistance dog training department.
Previous experience of training dogs, using positive based methods, and a full clean driving licence are essential criteria for the post.
Desirable qualities are experience in teaching or recognised teaching qualification, awareness in varying disabilities and a recognised qualification in animal training/behaviour.
The role will consist of the assessing individuals and families as they apply to our charity’s assistance dog programmes for those affected by autism, epilepsy and physical disability.
You will also be required to provide training, support and guidance to individuals and families who have successfully graduated through our assistance dog programme. This includes ensuring they receive annual assessments and giving appropriate advice/ support and extra training as required throughout the dogs working lives. You will also support the preparation as older working dogs move towards retirement and the process to supply potential replacement dogs for those individuals.
Based at our national centre in Sheffield, the applicant will be required to lone work off site for periods of time, so must show the ability to work alone effectively, prioritise their workload, accordingly, use their own initiative and have excellent time management and communicational skills.They are to demonstrate a real passion for the role, a positive attitude and show flexibility within their work.

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to join World Horse Welfare's Digital team based remotely on a 12 month fixed-term basis, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
You will help shape, deliver and continuously improve digital services that support our charitable work. You will work closely with the Head of Digital, coordinating and overseeing the delivery of World Horse Welfare’s digital roadmap, ensuring that projects, teams and suppliers are aligned around clear priorities, timelines and dependencies.
This role acts as the connective point between Digital, Fundraising, Communications, Data, IT, UK and International Operations and external suppliers — ensuring that work is sequenced effectively, risks are managed early, and progress is communicated clearly.
This position is based remotely, however you will be required to attend the charity’s head office located in Norfolk a minimum of 6 times per year and this will be at your own expense for travel and accommodation. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom with all the necessary legislative ‘right to work’ documentation.

Programme Planning & Governance
Maintain and update the digital roadmap, ensuring clear sequencing, prioritisation and resourcing.
Run programme-level governance including reporting cycles, decision logs and RAID management.
Ensure all workstreams follow a consistent delivery approach with clear ownership and accountability.
Cross‑Team Coordination
Align Digital, Fundraising, Comms, Data, IT and Field Ops around shared timelines and dependencies.
Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, planning sessions and retrospectives.
Ensure teams understand how their work fits into the wider programme and where dependencies sit.
Delivery Assurance
Track progress across major digital projects, including:
CRM integrations and data flows — support high‑level requirements, documentation and cross‑team alignment for CRM Phase 2 (and future enhancements), ensuring continuity of knowledge and clear sequencing of work, while the CRM Manager retains platform ownership.
Clue database development and governance
Data governance and platform consolidation
Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
Ensure suppliers deliver to agreed scope, budget and timelines.
Reporting & Insight
Produce clear, consistent reporting for Directors and Trustees.
Translate technical updates into accessible, decision‑ready summaries.
Maintain a single source of truth for programme status and documentation.

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our legacy (gifts in Wills) workstream on a 12 month fixed term basis, covering maternity leave.

We are seeking a Nature Reserves Manager to oversee the day-to-day responsibility for SWT’s nature reserves and to work with the Head of Conservation and Policy to ensure that the sites play an enhanced role in achieving our strategic goals in conservation, people engagement and natural capital.
This is a key role in ensuring SWT’s nature reserves are maintained in good ecological and hydrological condition, are accessible, welcoming and well known to the widest possible audience, and that demonstration sites are managed on a commercially viable basis to deliver ecosystem services, including biodiversity net gain (BNG).
What you will be doing:
You will oversee annual budgeting, financial monitoring, grant funding applications, environmental land management (ELM) payments and biodiversity net gain (BNG) delivery, ensuring projects are managed on a commercially viable basis and achieve full cost recovery where appropriate.
You will also be responsible for maintaining site infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, overseeing grazing management, and managing reserve documentation, leases and legal records. Working closely with internal teams, you will help improve accessibility and visitor engagement across SWT sites, strengthen integration with wider SWT programmes, and maximise the contribution of volunteers.
