As Senior Evidence Manager you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an ambitious package of research and evaluation activity in one of Ageing Better’s priority areas: Connected Communitities.  This area is looking at how the social infrastructure and built environment of places can support people to maintain and build social connections as they age.  This will involve designing, commissioning and managing high quality research projects using a range of methods including evidence synthesis; qualitative research and evaluation.  You will also manage an Evidence Officer or Assistant.

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge and experience of a wide-range of social research methods and approaches, experience of using research to influence change and of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
