The Eve Appeal, working together with the Department of Health and Social Care, is delivering a groundbreaking programme on gynaecological health to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in London and beyond.
We are entering the final year of the programme and pivotal to its success will be bringing new SMEs on board so that we can deliver our health information to their staff. Up until March 31st 2025 there is no charge for SMEs to join the programme.
As Sales & Marketing Executive you will lead on researching and approaching new SMEs to joint the programme, complete all necessary contracts, lead on overall project management and co-ordination of the program, liaise with our external evaluators on monitoring and evaluation and other administrative tasks as directed.
This role will also line manage the Programme Leads – our staff who visit SMEs and deliver our health information talks.
No formal qualifications are needed for this role, nor is previous charity sector experience. What is important are the skills, experiences and potential you bring.

The role
As Marketing Executive, you’ll have a broad and varied role, working with our Marketing and Digital Manager to deliver Marketing and Communications projects at a critical time for the Football Foundation and for grassroots sports. Working within the Brand, Marketing and Communications Team, you’ll provide proactive support across all Marketing and Communications activity.
You’ll work with the team to plan and deliver impactful campaigns, including the creation of campaign launch presentations and coordinating campaign evaluations. You’ll build key relationships and will support the cascade of information to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll help deliver opening and milestone events and shoots for Foundation funded sites. Due to the breadth of the role and the variety of the projects, you can expect it to be an exciting role, with no two days the same.

What can we offer you?
The salary band for this role is £35,000 - £39,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
You’ll start on 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (which increases after 2 years), plus additional time off to volunteer. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant, to support the work of the Marketing and Communications team.
About the role
This is an exciting time to join Young Enterprise as we prepare to launch our Transforming Futures strategy (2024-2030).
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping the marketing team with the production of marketing and communication materials and the implementation of the rebrand of Young Enterprise.
The person will provide advice to colleagues on branding and content and will need to evidence excellent project management skills as they be managing the flow of files and the process of creating marketing materials.
The job holder will also be involved in all other aspects of communications, such as contributing to creating content for social media, helping to prepare and deliver integrated campaign activity, creating basic designs for social assets and helping our internal clients shape and activate marketing briefs.
The job holder will need to quickly develop relationships with stakeholders across the charity, especially with our Programmes and Services team.
In line with our brand refresh in 2023/24, the Marketing Assistant will help with preparing artwork and templates across multiple areas of work in preparation for our new brand launch.
We are looking for
• Previous experience in a marketing role.
• Experience of contributing to the creation and implementation of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
• Experience of both print and digital marketing – working with artwork, social media and email marketing, across multiple channels with content tailored for different audiences.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Agile project management and organisation skills, including proven ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience of working with agencies including writing briefs, overseeing work, testing and providing feedback.
• Candidate is likely to have at least two years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of brand and design, and optimal ways to use them to create standout and engagement.
• Understanding the value of reporting and analysis to inform future planning.
• Energy, drive and a positive attitude that motivates others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders, utilising negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Our consultant-led team of doctors, nurses and other professional staff provide expert care and support for local people with terminal or life-limiting illnesses and their families, in the hospice and at home.

The Role:
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role supporting the Marketing & Communications team in implementing the integrated communications strategy and providing marketing support for the promotion of hospice services and income generation activity.
Your day-to-day tasks will be varied, but typically will include assisting with delivering our social media calendar, creating engaging content for use across our communication channels, writing copy for press releases and arranging photo calls, assisting in print and publication production, and updating content on the website.
What you need:
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar marketing role or have a qualification in marketing or communications and demonstrate a strong team ethic and creative flair. You must be highly organised and have excellent communication and relationship building skills. You’ll need to be able to work well within a busy team and able to work on a number of projects simultaneously.

We are looking for a Product and Portfolio Manager within our Porfolio Development Team. In this role, you will:
- Manage the existing product portfolio, reviewing the existing offering in relation to market trends, client needs, the competitive landscape and the Charity's strategic goals
- Develop detailed product knowledge across the portfolio of products, leading development activity for each area alongside ongoing assessment of financial performance and product/service viability.
- Recommend and oversee product improvements, using market demand and customer and colleague feedback to identify and prioritise change.
- Working with the Chief Operating Officer and service leads to understand trends and opportunities across the portfolio and associated markets.
- Engage with expert colleagues from across the organisation to understand and support the development of their product ideas, evaluating these against internal and external factors including feasibility, expected value, and market demand.
- Financial and strategic modelling of new product options based on market demand, fit to Picker strategy, impact/income potential, strength of offering and ability to reach target audience.
- Work in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Service Delivery, service leads, and the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop marketing plans to support demand generation on a thematic basis, providing expert product knowledge, customer insight and new business leads.
About You
You will have:
- Demonstrable experiences in product/portfolio lifecycle management.
- Demonstrable experience of managing project timetables, including reviewing progress and amending plans to address changing requirements
- Proven track record of successfully developing a cohesive portfolio strategy that supports brand integrity/growth, whilst growing individual business lines/products/services
- Significant experience of meeting product/service business targets. Including driving business growth with new services and/or in new markets
- Experience of success in the development and qualification of a new business pipeline (including campaign management and follow-up)
- Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to lead projects through to successful completion
- High levels of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Dynamics
