About the Health & Safety and Environment team:
The team manages most Health and Safety functions in-house and works closely with departments across Cats Protection. The team supports retail outlets, Cat Centres, accident investigations, DSE, and branch volunteer enquiries.
What we’re looking for in our Health and Safety Officer:
-Lives in or around the South-West of England or South Wales
- NEBOSH general certificate (or equivalent) and membership of a relevant professional body
- Significant experience (3+ years post qualification) in a similar health & safety role, ideally in public sector, facilities, or charity setting
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Able to work independently, manage workload, and perform under pressure

Prospectus are delighted to be supporting a small charity in South-West London in their search for an Interim Operations Manager on a 6-12 month fixed term contract, on a part time basis (3-4 days per week). The role offers £35,000 FTE and is home-based but with regular travel required across the Wandsworth area to provide operational leadership across their independent charity. About The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with budget holders across the organisation, building trusted relationships and providing timely financial insight. You'll help managers understand financial performance, identify opportunities and risks, and ensure resources are used effectively to maximise our impact.
You'll also contribute to improving financial processes and the reporting cycle, supporting the continuous development of the finance function as WWT evolves.
We're looking for a qualified or part-qualified finance professional with strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a customer-focused approach. You'll be confident explaining financial information to non-financial colleagues, resolving complex accounting issues, and managing competing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail.
The role also provides the opportunity to assist the annual budget, forecasting and audit processes. You'll have excellent MS Excel skills and an awareness of charity accounting.

Position: Senior Partnerships Officer
Location: Remote, resident in mainland Britain

About the Role
The Senior Partnerships Officer (SPO) will work closely with the Chief Executive (CEO) and Fundraising Lead (FL) to ensure the charity has sufficient funding to achieve its mission. This primarily involves developing new donor relationships and partnerships to grow fundraising income streams. The fundraising strategy focuses on high-value grants, gifts and partnerships. We recognise that the lines between major donors, corporate partners and family foundations are often blurred. Therefore, the charity have chosen not to silo work in this way and instead have created a new role focused on developing new relationships across all these income streams. The focus of the role is on ‘winning new business’ and will suit an entrepreneurial candidate with experience in business development, and/or building new corporate or philanthropic partnerships.
