Astarita Aldrich & Ward (AAW) is a global leadership consulting practice which provides support to charities and non-profits internationally. We provide three key services – strategic consulting, executive search (typically Director level roles) and interim support.
This is a excellent opportunity to join an organisation established by leading voluntary sector figures Mark Astarita, Tobin Aldrich and Imogen Ward and to work with some of the most talented interim candidates in the voluntary sector and beyond.
The Operations Manager will help our clients to better understand the range and full potential of our services and act as liaison between the client and our principals and consultants. The role will involve supporting AAW’s Principals in developing proposals for clients, preparing job specifications, candidate packs, interview materials and client reports, as well as managing contracts and invoices within a fast-paced environment.
Critical to the role and a successful Interim recruitment business is candidate acquisition, relationship management and liaison always being delivered with a professional approach. Interims are placed quickly, so managing a rapid process robustly and with our personal approach sets us apart. We care where our people are placed and they gain significant value from working for and with us.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in a client facing or customer service role, excellent project-management talent and a track record of helping businesses grow. You will have strong IT, inter-personal and written and verbal communication skills, and be able to meet deadlines in a challenging and pressurised environment. You will need to have a positive work ethic and be comfortable in a ‘start-up’ scenario, with the ability to be flexible and open to change. Finally, you must be eager to learn and be part of a growing organisation.
