Role: Registered Manager
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Contract/Hours: Permanent – Full-Time – 37 hours per week 9am to 5pm with flexibility to work over 5pm on some occasions and weekends in line with a 24/7 service.
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus on call allowance £700

We are looking for a highly skilled Level 5 qualified Registered Manager with significant experience, who will be involved in the development of a brand new flagship single placement children's home for a young person with learning difficulties and associated needs with a love of singing along to Disney and other popular tunes. Being instrumental in forming the new staff team, you will ensure the young person's needs are central to all decisions made and opportunities for development are at the forefront. This is a 24 hour service, with an on-call facility, that operates 52 weeks a year.

- An experienced and Level 5 qualified Registered Manager who is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people, and has in depth knowledge of relevant legislation.
