ActionAid UK is recruiting for an Individual Giving Assistant to provide a high-quality administrative support to the Individual Giving team.

This exciting role will specifically provide personal assistance to the Deputy Director and provide the team with support on programme delivery including, although not limited to; supporting with events, fundraising, financial processes, reporting and administration.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support across a range of activities. The role plays an important part in contributing to the Individual Giving fundraising targets and will play an important role in supporting teams with the planning and implementation of our fundraising campaigns.
The team assistant will also provide administrative support for invoicing and financial transactions, for reporting and for managing logistics surrounding work related travel.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support and diary management support to the Deputy Director of Individual Giving, so the post holder will be required to have proven experience of providing administrative support to a team or an individual.
We will look to the Individual Giving assistant to act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the team, so applicants must have strong relationship building skills and the ability to create a good first impression of our organisation.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong organisational and project management skills, as you will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Applicants must also have strong time management skills as the role will involve working to tight deadlines.
