This role will be a crucial part of Baytree’s Adult Education team, which currently consists of an Academic Manager, one other Academic Administrator (who is reducing her working hours after many years of service for Baytree), two ESOL tutors and the Women’s Service Director. This new role will work collaboratively with the current Academic Administrator and the rest of the team to ensure the delivery of relevant and high-quality academic, adult education programmes in accordance with secured funding contracts. The primary focus of these roles is to recruit, welcome and guide potential new students through the admissions process and undertake the administrative tasks necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Adult Education department, particularly the planning and delivery of high quality, relevant adult education courses.

The Training and Conference Officer will sit within the Education and Training Division at Anna Freud, which provides a wide range of learning opportunities for people in the sphere of mental health, from short courses, events, diplomas and post-graduate courses.
They will join a friendly and supportive team working on digital transformation, and specifically on implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Salesforce and Learning Management System.
They will work closely with colleagues from other teams and divisions, supporting the design, testing, development and maintenance of new systems. They will work closely with the Training, Conferences and Events Team on gathering requirements, creating and overseeing team-specific processes and resolving CRM issues.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Some previous experience of Salesforce is desirable. They will have strong organisational and analytical skills and good communication skills for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM) is a charity and membership body for doctors who work on all aspects of medicines research and development. Our small team work closely with the Board of Trustees and our 1,600 members to deliver on our mission and our strategic objectives, to improve the health of patients around the world.
Medical revalidation is the regulatory process through which doctors who are licensed to practise in the UK demonstrate on a regular basis that they remain up to date and fit to practise. FPM’s role in this important process is that of the ‘designated body’ for a named group of almost 700 FPM members.
The FPM revalidation team provides the administrative and governance resource which underpins ensuring compliance with the exacting legislation. With 80 appraisers, three Appraisal Leads and a Responsible Officer, none of whom are based in the office, the three members of the revalidation team have a large amount of often quite complex correspondence to manage and must ensure that there is a consistent message and approach across a wide range of topics.
An opportunity has arisen to join the revalidation team in the role of Revalidation Manager for a 12-month period of maternity leave. A key focus of the role is to manage the registration of newly connecting doctors, as well as overseeing the operation of the revalidation e-portfolio system. The role involves regular contact with both appraisers and appraisees who are doctors and FPM members.
We are looking for a bright, dynamic self-starter who is a team player, organised and can communicate well. The post holder will be fully trained, well supported and work closely with the Revalidation Co-ordinator, Head of Revalidation Operations, appraisal leads and the Responsible Officer in supporting 700 appraisees and 80 appraisers.
