The role
As Programme Officer, you will provide operational and administrative support across the entire portfolio of LIF activities, focusing on the LIF Global programme and the LIF Community. This role will involve some international travel.
Precisely, you will support the programme by organising training and mentoring, local and international events for a global network of engineering and technology entrepreneurs; and building and maintaining a sustainable international network of LIF alumni.
LIF empowers entrepreneurs who are making a positive impact in their communities with novel technologies. LIF Global is the flagship, entry-point programme that supports innovators with a technology prototype to create an entrepreneurial mindset, and the LIF Community ensures a sustained mutually beneficial relationship with the Academy beyond the initial programme period.

As Events and Community Officer, you will be working in the Enterprise Hub team. The Royal Academy of Engineering Enterprise Hub supports talented entrepreneurs and decision makers to transform breakthrough engineering innovations into disruptive spinouts, startups and scaleups.

We're excited to partner with one of London's leading universities to seek a temporary Study Abroad and Partnership Officer. In this full-time role (35 hours per week), you'll provide crucial administrative support during a busy period. Initially, the position will run for 2 months with potential for extension.
In this post you will have the opportunity of hybrid working, with a minimum of three days onsite and the rest remote, some flexibility might be required with this, dependant on the requirements at the time. You'll need your own equipment (Laptop/PC) for remote work or can also work onsite full time if that is your preference.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students during their Study Period Abroad (SPA) and serving as their primary contact while they're abroad.
- Collaborating with academic advisors and directors to manage SPA applications.
- Maintaining updated student records and organising events for both inbound and outbound students.
- Updating study abroad information across various platforms and gathering student feedback to improve their experience.
- Coordinating visits from partner institutions and assisting with collaborative provision opportunities.
To be considered, you should have experience in a similar fast-paced administrative role, preferably in a student-facing capacity. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with the SITS system and previous experience in study abroad or partnership work would be advantageous, although similar systems and transferable experience will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):
· Providing administrative support to the Training department.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Programme Manager at Talent Spaces & Upskill Me, you will play a vital role in supporting the Programmes Lead in the successful delivery of our flagship STEM programme, career events and employability programmes. We are looking to fill two roles one will have specific focus on leading on our social mobility Industry Societies programmes and one role will focus on our STEM events and programmes. About the role:
This fundraiser will work closely with the Heads of Departments and academics in the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences. The post will focus primarily on funding for research, academic posts, scholarships and infrastructure related to Neuroscience which includes Mental Health and neurological disease (e.g. Motor Neurone Disease, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke and Epilepsy). The fundraiser will work on special projects including the possible major capital redevelopment of the Warneford site. While an interest in medical research and neuroscience is essential, you do not need to be a sciences graduate, just an enthusiast for knowledge.
