The Role
As the Deputy Team Leader (Court Services), working alongside Team Leaders you will be responsible for the delivery of the Witness Service within your court/s.
You will share responsibility for the effective coordination and development of volunteers who support witnesses in their journey through the criminal justice system.
You willbe responsible for general service administrative tasks within the courts, as well as inputting service data.

Administration
- Be responsible for securing contracts by confirming booking information and working with the Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy to ensure freelance trainer contracts and Service Agreements are in place

- Produce budget forecasts for APD and provide monthly updates on current financial position to the Deputy CEO and Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy

- Contribute to the APD growth strategy through ideas and practical solutions

We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Harrogate Homeless Project is seeking to recruit a Volunteer Coordinator to join the Fundraising and Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth and development of Volunteering within the organisation. Working with the Fundraising and Marketing Manager, the position will look to develop opportunities for increasing income across fundraising and recruiting volunteers for all areas of HHP activities.

The Role
This role will work with HHP’s Management Team to develop opportunities for all areas within the Charity. Regular activities will include, developing recruitment campaigns to promote volunteering with HHP, ensuring all volunteers receive an induction and appropriate training, and identifying specific skills volunteers have developed and matching these to suitable volunteer opportunities to maximise the benefits for HHP and the volunteer.

Providing comprehensive support to our Shops and Retail function is what’s required here. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, customers and supporters and also be responsible for all aspects of the shop supplies orders process - from price checking to placing orders. About you

We are seeking a Housing Administrator to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative support for specialised supported housing services.
Position: Housing Administrator – Specialised Supported Housing
Location: Tankersley, Barnsley (with travel from Durham to Worcester)
Salary Range: Circa £20,000 per annum
Working Hours: Flexi 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the role:
As a Housing Administrator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient and effective administration, placing tenants at the heart of everything you do. From managing data systems to handling complaints and supporting tenant needs, your contribution will be vital in maintaining the organisations high service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support using Microsoft Office software and maintaining data filing and management systems.
- Assisting with social media updates, newsletters, and Easy Read documents for tenants.

About you:
To be successful in the role of Housing Administrator you will need the following skills and experience:

Desirable qualifications include; CIH level 2 in Housing Practice or equivalent and NVQ 2 or 3 in Business Administration

Air Ambulances UK (AAUK) is the national charity supporting the lifesaving work of the UK’s air ambulance charities, enabling them to save even more lives every day.
Purpose of Post
The Fundraising Officer will be a key member of our ambitious and friendly Income Generation team helping to support the team across a number of national partnership income streams.
The role will have responsibility for responding to enquiries via post, email and telephone, and ensuring income and general information is captured accurately on Donorfy (CRM system).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a mixed pipeline of national partners and prospects including researching, making approaches, applications, and stewardship activities.
- Coordinate and support fundraising campaigns and events for partners.
- Responsible for welcoming, assisting and responding to enquiries AAUK receives over telephone, email, and post.
- Responsible for thanking national supporters, adapting, and personalising templates as needed to deliver high quality thank you letters in a timely manner.
- Enter and maintain accurate records on our fundraising database, Donorfy including financial information and to proactively identify how to improve processes.
- Provide general administrative support across the team as required.
