About you
As our Innovation Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving a groundbreaking fundraising innovation pipeline. Working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams, you will contribute to the research, ideation, testing and marketing of compelling ideas aimed at generating new income for Save the Children.
You will leverage human-cantered approaches, digital strategies, and new technologies to bring about significant improvements in our fundraising and marketing results. This would require a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both nonprofit operations and trends supporter engagement.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Fundraising Innovation Leads to develop and deliver a pipeline of fundraising innovation focused on audience engagement and income generation.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for new ideas, including email, display, paid social, and direct mail.
- Support in testing ideas through marketing and in-person/remote prototyping.
- Project management of multiple portfolio projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Engage with data and technical advances internally and externally to drive progress and momentum in new audience innovation.
- Use insight and performance data to understand audience needs and motivations, shaping fundraising development.
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Significant experience in testing digital products, digital marketing, tracking and analytics, and prototyping.
- Expertise in conducting or partnering with agencies/internal staff for audience research interviews, workshops, ideation sessions, and sprint delivery.
- Knowledge and evidence of leading and partnering on key parts of innovation cycles, including research, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
- Keen interest in new technical innovations, demonstrable experience of data-led decision-making, and adaptable thinking.

About the role
The Crisis Financing Training & Capacity Development Advisor will be responsible for developing and expanding an innovative package of trainings and learning for the Start Network.
You will play a crucial role in the ongoing capacity development of Start Network organisation, by disseminating and institutionalising new developments in learning, knowledge and terminology
related to Start Network crisis financing programming throughout the staff team.
You will continue to develop new and strengthen existing training packages that are of high quality and will ensure that Start Network's New Financing programming is mainstreamed throughout the sector in a sustainable manner.
You will be responsible for assisting in delivering trainings to member agency colleagues, Start Network Hubs as well as training the Start Network team. You will coordinate a group of ‘trainers' who can offer high quality capacity development opportunities. You will also ensure that monitoring, evaluation and accountability is built into capacity development to measure outputs and outcomes more systematically.
In this role, you will:
- Leverage technical expertise from Start team members, technical partners and the anticipation and risk financing building blocks framework to design modularised training and learning materials to meet the capacity development needs of the Start Network, including e-learning.
- Identify and develop a training of trainers (TOT) programme and build up a group of trainers within the Start team and across the Start Network membership.
- Strengthen the training and facilitation skills of Start Network team
- Develop a learning pathway with the technical leads to ensure different stakeholders can access the training necessary for their role
- Investigate and utilise cutting edge and interactive learning and training approaches, building partnerships and relationships with providers of such services.
- Review and develop adaptable learning materials with multi language application requirements and cultural contexts as needed.
- Work with academic partners to see how higher levels of training and learning could achieve levels of accreditation for member participants.

About you

Home-Start Stroud and Gloucester is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under five years of age. Volunteers offer regular support, friendship and practical help to families under stress in their own homes, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown. Family Support Coordinators manage and supervise the support given by volunteers and work directly with families themselves. We also provide a wide range of group support for families (Best-Start, Bump-Start and Mothers in Mind) and specific support to dads/partners through our Dad Matters Gloucestershire Project.
Purposes of the job
- To maintain high standards of practice in supporting families within the Home-Start model and ethos.

Main Responsibilities
Support for families

- Ensuring support to families is reviewed at regular intervals and at the end of Home-Start support, in line with current Home-Start guidance.
- Providing direct support to families when there are no volunteers available or where additional needs have been identified.

Managing Volunteers

We’re looking for a Family Support Worker to help transform the lives of parents and young children in Doncaster.
You’ll lead a small team providing families with children aged between 0 and 5 with short term, targeted support with a focus on reducing in equalities in child development/school readiness, improving parenting skills and improving health and wellbeing.
The service will provide an engaging programme of support through peer volunteers providing face-to-face befriending in the home and in the community, community-based group activities, support by phone and video as well as signposting activities.

We are looking for a Project Lead to play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of a new innovative programme, the Immunization Accelerator, that seeks to fund and support locally-led innovations that address long standing barriers to child immunisation in Nigeria and Ethiopia.
The role needs to be based in either Ethiopia or Nigeria.
Background
The Immunization Accelerator is part of an ambitious five-year partnership which includes programmes in Ethiopia and Nigeria focusing on access to quality immunisation services, and a research agenda generating robust and credible evidence about the effectiveness of interventions, as well as value for money and replicability. We will partner with academic institutions, including those from Ethiopia and Nigeria.
The accelerator is part of a wider 5 year partnership between Save the Children and GSK in Nigeria and Ethiopia which will include research partnering with academic institutions, generating robust and credible evidence about the effectiveness of interventions, as well as their value for money and replicability and, programmes in Ethiopia and Nigeria building on our previous immunisation track-record, including those implemented in the Somali region of Ethiopia in partnership with GSK.
Your Role
As the Immunization Accelerator Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovative projects aimed at overcoming barriers to child immunization. As part of a , working in synergy with teams across the Save the Children movement, you will collaborate with colleagues across the Save the Children movement as well as local organizations and institutions, to ensure that promising innovations receive the support they need to develop their evidence bases.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the end to end support of immunization innovations, from selection via an open call, through piloting to evaluation. You will be able to help innovators work through the next steps they need to take in order to build their evidence bases and take their innovations to the next level.
- Regular in-person support and monitoring of selected innovation projects/partners, including site visits that will require frequent travel in both Nigeria and Ethiopia.
- Initiate and lead discussions with local enterprise, health and innovation stakeholders, including donors, investors, and communities, to ensure the incubator is well networked, has a healthy pipeline and can offer the best support for our innovators.
- You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including local partners, Save the Children and GSK to deliver the programme.
- Communicate regularly with the Accelerator Project Team and Accelerator Investment Committees, providing progress reports from the innovators.
- Ensure relevant quality assurance processes are completed so that programmes are running effectively and on time. Support award team to ensure that awards management and other relevant information systems are up-to-date, and that global and internal processes are followed.
- Support grant and contract management, from grant set-up to quality assurance during implementation, lead reporting on the Accelerator and work with other SCUK departments to support reporting of the Immunisation programme. Ensure awards in the portfolio are compliant with donor requirements and SC quality standards.
- Implement an agile evaluation and learning approach, regularly collecting and analysing relevant data to adapt. Facilitate review and reflection meetings to optimize the design of the incubator and support provided. And ensure evaluation of the incubator and innovations takes place in a robust and useful.
About You
To be successful, it is important that you have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in the field of enterprise support or health innovation, health management or health research.
- Must have previous experience of working with a range of in-country organisations of different types and sizes, for example, Community Based Organisations, Non-Government Organisations, universities, private sector health initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to bring together cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of the innovation process, preferably with experience in global health initiatives or social enterprise.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to complexity and uncertainty, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and reporting.
- Previous experience working in a global and multicultural context is highly desirable.

You will:
- Provide direct advocacy support to children and young people with disabilities, in and on the edges of the care system. You will hold a caseload, and be committed to championing the rights of these young people, working with a broad range of other stakeholders and agencies to do so.
- Support with developing the quality of services and projects delivered by Coram Voice to children and young people. This includes under Coram Voice’s Disability Outreach Project. It is an exciting time to join this project, which has recently expanded to include educational advocacy in addition to social care focused advocacy.
- You will support in the promotion of good practice across both Coram Voice and external organisations, building equitable and inclusive practice across the sector for children and young people with disabilities.
Our advocates will have relevant experience with children and young people, and may hold a suitable Advocacy Qualification. About the role
As a Policy & Advocacy Adviser (Conflict & Humanitarian), you will carry out a broad range of assignments and/or projects in line with the strategy and policies for your professional area and under overall managerial direction. You will lead on Save the Children UK's advocacy for children affected by conflict and crisis in Ukraine and Syria, two of the most complex and sensitive contexts in which our charity works. You will hold responsibility for driving work on specific parts of the Save the Children strategy, often working with minimal supervision, including representing the organisation regularly with external experts and high-level decision-makers. You will be a recognised specialist in your field, often working on complex assignments and projects, and providing technical guidance to others in resolving complex issues in a specialised area. You will produce high-quality policy analysis and research and/or planning, delivery and evaluation of advocacy to influence duty-bearers to uphold the rights of children in low- and middle-income countries.
In this role, you will:
• Design, lead and deliver policy, advocacy, research or MEAL strategies and products, to a high standard and often with minimal supervision.
• Identify policy and research needs and influencing opportunities in your thematic area, at the country level and/or internationally.
• Maintain and develop high-level knowledge and expertise in your specific area and advise colleagues across the global movement, including at a senior level, as well as external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and build strong working relationships with partners and advocacy targets.
• Build strong relationships with our country programmes and other colleagues across our global movement to ensure that national-level advocacy is delivered and informs international debates and decision-makers.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• High-level expertise in global humanitarian policies, including national developing-country government policies, donor behaviour, international institutions and NGOs.
• High-level knowledge and expertise in a specific area.
• A proven track record of carrying out high-quality research, policy and/or advocacy.
• Ability to think creatively, innovate, strategize, set priorities, manage a workplan and evaluate progress with minimal supervision.
• Strong networking and experience of participating in coalitions and working with civil-society actors to achieve change.
• Knowledge of human rights, international relations, political analysis and the international humanitarian system.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to six weeks a year.

Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter). This will be agreed with your Line Manager and team and is intended to be time spent on collaborating with colleagues and relationship building.

The Neumark Foundation is based in Denbighshire, North Wales, and was founded in 2016 by the Neumark family. The main aim of the foundation is to provide grant funding to support charities, organisations and individuals whose work has a long-lasting, positive effect on children and young people’s welfare based in North Wales.
The Foundation focuses its support on improving prospects and life choices for those who are socially disadvantaged, inspiring children and young people to grasp new opportunities, build confidence and raise aspirations. It does this by investing in and working with organisations that share its values, so that it can make a real difference to the lives of those who need it most.
The role of Project Funding Manager is a multi-skilled, diverse role, working closely with the CEO and Chair of the Board and Trustees, to ensure the smooth running of the foundation on a day-day basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
·Management and sharing of external communications, including general communications, and new funding applications
·Management of online diaries
·Management of online filing
·Involvement with face to face and online external meetings with CEO or stand alone as required
·Content creation for weekly social media and regular website blog posts regarding new funded projects, existing funded projects to promote their activities, and also content around relevant current affairs
·Identification of, and involvement with, beneficial local and regional networking opportunities
·Management, scrutiny, and sharing of timely funding recipients monthly activity reports
·Funded project visits when required
·Preparation of agendas and reports for trustee meetings
·Presentation of project updates to trustees at trustee meetings
·Creation of minutes following Board meeting
·Support funding recipients, when needed, with guidance or practical support around development and additional external funding opportunities
·Identification of partnership funding opportunities
·Data analysis and impact evaluation when required
·Managing the Neumark Office space
·Other duties may be required from time to time
