Over the next five years, Fauna & Flora aspires to enhance its global impact through investment, growth, visibility and influence. A key and growing audience for Fauna & Flora in the UK and globally is high net worth individuals and corporates, and specifically those who are willing to give high value unrestricted support to our global conservation work. As a result, we are launching a transformational fundraising plan to 2030, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Philanthropy Adviser to help us meet our ambitious targets, securing high value donations from our existing networks and helping us to reach out to new contacts and networks to build our pipeline for support.

You will be focussed on developing a portfolio of high value supporters in the UK, but you will also develop strong working relationships across high value fundraising activities in the USA and Australia, as well as more widely across the fundraising communications teams, and also with senior leadership including the CEO and with our volunteers including trustees.

To this end we are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Philanthropy team in this role. The role requires an individual with passion and drive to inspire and motivate donors to give significant funding to our cause, but also with the ability to listen and understand prospect motivations, in order to build lasting relationships. You will have expert technical and professional skills in major donor fundraising and a proven ability to develop fundraising strategy for high level donors.

Your key focus in this role is on building and maintaining high-value donor relationships, and you will be supported in this by our expert Research & Insight team, providing donor and prospect research and briefings and inputting into strategy, and our expert Philanthropy Engagement team, who develop and manage various engagement opportunities for major supporter and prospects, from events, trips and newsletters to bespoke proposals and reports.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Social Prescribing Link Worker to join our team in Merton.

The Merton Social Prescribing service is one of the most established and mature services in the UK and is celebrating its 7th anniversary this year. We are seeking an individual to join our successful service in Southwest London. This role will help to strengthen the links between Primary Care, voluntary and public services to improve patients’ health and wellbeing. 

You will support patients within Primary Care in Merton, and you will support each patient to access appropriate services provided by voluntary and community organisations and other agencies. We expand the options available in Primary Care by creating a ‘managed’ way for referrals of patients with social, emotional and/or practical needs to a variety of local non-clinical services in the community. These include leisure, social activities, education, welfare, housing and employment advice and support.

• Responsible for ensuring active promotion of the services to potential and existing clients and stakeholders and to ensure representation of Ruils at networking events.
• Work with the CEO and Fundraising Manager to ensure projects are fully funded and demand is well managed.

New Routes Integration

Since 2003 New Routes has been working with, and supporting, refugees, asylum seekers and isolated migrants in Norwich to support their wellbeing and ambitions by providing skill-building and social programmes in a safe and welcoming environment. We promote cross-cultural integration and community awareness, working with individuals and families from over 60 countries of origin. We work closely with an extensive network of partner organisations, both third-sector and statutory. New Routes is one-third of the Norwich Integration Partnership (NIP), alongside English+ and the Bridge Plus+.

 Principle purpose of the post:

The Operations Manager will work closely with the Chief Executive supporting on contractual service delivery (including the management of risk), quality and improvement across the organisation and ensure quality services are provided. This will be informed and implemented by ensuring that our participants have appropriate methods to inform programme delivery routinely. 

The Operations Manager will support the Chief Executive in leading and monitoromg service and organisational quality, financial/income activity and expenditure, adherence to policies and procedures, and overall compliance with health and safety activity through a range of measures, including the use of reports and data to make critical and informed assessments.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the Fundraising Strategy in order to diversify our funding streams enabling New Routes to develop exceptional services that meet our participants existing and emerging needs.

In conjunction with the Chief Executive, the Operations Manager will hold responsibility for ensuring all staff are effectively supported to undertake their roles, and will administer formal HR policies and procedures when standards fall below expectations.

The Operations Manager will provide support and deputise for the Chief Executive when required.  The postholder will be expected to demonstrate a high ability to be pro-active in anticipating and managing their workload, and work without high levels of direction.

The logistics and communications officer role is to support the whole staff team, volunteers and the stakeholders of Let’s Grow Preston. We are looking for a flexible, competent and creative person to join our dynamic team. The role is predominantly administrative, but there will be days when the role will require you to collect food for distribution, load and unload the van with trolleys and plants for an event, or just to drop off at another community hub.

A full clean driving licence is essential to enable the post holder to drive the charity’s van.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To assist and communicate with the support of Let's Grow Preston's existing network of community groups across the PR postcode area and support regular network meetings.
2. To assist and communicate with the support of Let's Grow Preston's existing network of contacts within the charity, public and private sectors; including local schools.
3. To support the work of the staff to ensure that all communications are delivered in a professional and friendly style.
4. To ensure that all volunteers have access to and understand the volunteer handbook and that any amendments in policy are alerted to the volunteers and staff in a timely fashion.
5. To oversee the calendars of Let’s Grow Preston, to help to coordinate the volunteering sessions and the van to ensure that there are appropriate staff to cover volunteering sessions and that there are adequate resources such as the van, gazebos are available, drivers forms completed and filed etc.
6. To assist the Chief Executive and staff to establish robust methods of evaluating the work of Lets Grow Preston against project indicators.
7. To deliver and co-ordinate workshops, evaluation and feedback, reviewing activity and making recommendations for revised activity, or new opportunities.
8. To promote the work of Lets Grow Preston and support, coordinate and communicate on the delivery of key events in the organisations calendar e.g. Spring Fair, Christmas Fair etc.
9. To develop and implement robust health and safety procedures and working practices including keeping of relevant records.
10. To keep accurate records of equipment provided, activities undertaken, location of activities and number of participants.
11. To support the Chief Executive and Volunteer Co-ordinator in ways in which local businesses can be involved and linked with LGP to promote corporate involvement and support going forward.
12. To produce regular LGP newsletters and update LGP's website and social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and X.

We’re the Portman Group, the UK’s self-regulatory body for alcohol marketing and we are looking for someone to provide advice and training to the alcohol industry on our marketing rules.  We have two Codes of Practice: the Naming, Packaging and Promotion of Alcoholic Drinks and the Alcohol Sponsorship Code.  Each Code outlines a set of responsible marketing rules that the alcohol industry must abide by.  Our primary purpose as a regulator is to protect those who are vulnerable, particularly those who are under-18.

No previous experience of working in the alcohol industry or marketing regulation is necessary as full training will be provided.

Details of role

· Deliver training and briefing sessions on the Codes and on alcohol social responsibility. This includes delivering sessions virtually and in person within the UK.

· Responsible for responding accurately and promptly to written requests for advice on product marketing from producers and their agencies alongside other members of the Regulatory Affairs Team.

· To raise standards of responsibility in the industry by undertaking proactive trademark searches of newly registered products and providing unsolicited advice where necessary.

· With the support of the team, provide internal and external reporting analysis of advice requests on a monthly basis.

· Monitor product innovations via social media and press publications to identify emerging trends and provide unsolicited advice where necessary.

· Support the team in drafting blogs, newsletters, industry advice pieces and an annual Regulatory Affairs Report.

· Support the team in wider regulatory communications, including distribution of content.

· To support the Regulatory Affairs team more widely by:

o Attending industry events;

o Assisting with the recruitment of new Code Signatories;

• Provide a safe and inclusive space for participants to receive weekly support.
• Help participants to connect with nature and socialise with others to feel happier, less anxious and less isolated.
• Support participants to access other beneficial services, where appropriate, including health, social and financial.
• Support participants to move onto outdoor work or volunteering with friends of groups where appropriate.
• Facilitate a positive journey through the service for participants to ensure as many people as possible can access the service.

The role 

The roles has four main areas of work:

1. Leadership and management:

• Lead the Roots to Wellbeing team to reach its goals. 
• Line manage and support three Mental Health Officers, each delivering Roots to Wellbeing on one site.
• Work with local communities and other team members to explore new opportunities for the project and develop solutions.
• Work with CEO and Head of Fundraising to secure funding for project development.

2. Project management: 

• Oversee the delivery and development of the project to meet key KPIs.
• Collate qualitative and quantitative data and produce impact reports for funders. 
• Support team to ensure administrative records are kept up to date, including but not limited to: maintaining accurate participant records, work programme, incident reporting, risk management, external outreach, website.
• Develop a thorough communications strategy and build on current local referral relationships to further embed the programme within the VCSE & Health sector.
• Ensure service standard and quality is consistent across sites and policies and procedures are followed. 
• Recruit and induct volunteers to support session delivery.
• Work in partnership with stakeholders within and across the organisation to deliver project goals.
• Attend networking meetings and community events to raise awareness of the project and demonstrate its impact. 

3. Session delivery at Hartcliffe Millennium Green: 

• Continually build and maintain relationships with local referral partners to achieve a consistent referral rate into the project. 
• Deliver weekly Roots to Wellbeing sessions by; planning and facilitating delivery of sessions and activities in line with 5 pathways to nature connectedness and that are accessible to all participants, organising logistics of sessions such as travel, food and equipment, acting as safeguarding lead during sessions, liaising with co-facilitator, leading peer-support style check in at the beginning of the sessions and the grounding and meditation at the end.
• Lead on all direct communication with participants at Hartcliffe Millennium Green. Support them to create personalised development plans, signposting and referrals where needed. 

4. Other: 

• Support the work of the wider charity and specifically the South Bristol team as required. 
• Representing the charity externally through media work and presentation where necessary.

Job Purpose:

To support visually impaired people to live independent and active lives by providing a range of activities and groups across the north and west of Oxfordshire.

Duties: 

• Setting up and supporting peer-to-peer support groups
• Holding information days within local libraries, community centres and other key locations
• Setting up walking groups as part of our Green Walks Project
• Demonstrating and setting up daily living equipment and assistive technology with support from the tech team

The Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a specialist charity for children and adults subjected to sexual violence and sexual abuse. You will be responsible for supporting the Chief Executive in meeting strategic objectives surrounding the provision of compassionate, timely and trauma-informed CYP counselling and wellbeing support; establishing and nurturing supportive relationships with partner CYP organisations; supporting the team in collective care to grow, flourish and develop in their roles and continue leading the charity as a reflective and responsive organisation. Your role will also involve impact and evaluation, communications and operations.

You will lead in the safe delivery, strategic direction and development of the trauma-informed CYP counselling and wellbeing services. You will support the Chief Executive and work closely with Heads of Services to implement the strategic direction of the organisation, manage operations, strengthen sustainability and to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact for the CYP we support.

This position offers an established role in a leading specialist rape and sexual abuse support charity and value-led, relational and strategic service provision to help the charity achieve the CYP service mission

You will be a experienced and relational leader with the ability to oversee the counselling service, with previous experience of shaping trauma-informed CYP services, therapeutically supporting CYP and leading individuals with a relational approach, this role could be for you.
