About the Role
We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team at Coram.
This is an exciting opportunity either for an individual who is looking to develop their HR skills in an experienced and supportive HR team or who has relevant HR experience and is looking for a new challenge.
This multi-faceted HR administration role covers all parts of the employee life-cycle, along with opportunities to get involved in projects such as TUPE, well-being, and recruitment and retention strategies. About the role
Smart Works are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join our People team at a time of significant growth for the organisation. Working closely with the existing team of two, the HR Advisor will play a crucial role in developing the centralisation of the function for all 11 centres across the UK.

Duties and responsibilities

AFK (Action For Kids) is a national charity helping young people with disabilities to develop their independence and find employment. Our vision is a world where all people living with a disability get to lead the life they choose. As part of this we provide bespoke employment skills and organise work experience placements across North London. At a national level, we provide mobility equipment not available on the NHS for disabled children and young people up to the age of 26.
Job Purpose
To support young people aged 18+ who have disabilities and/or are neurodiverse to gain employment. The role will be to primarily liaise with businesses and employers to broker new opportunities for supported and unsupported employment. You will also work with a small caseload of young people, assessing their employability skills. Working Conditions

You will work closely with our Community Impact Lead to support both the delivery and the development of our community work. The Community Impact work at Resource Futures is an important part of our business; it captures a number of long-term projects which are at the heart of our company. What you will be doing
- Project delivery: Getting involved in project delivery, such as foundational research for project development and delivering workshops.
- Project management: Overseeing the effective delivery of projects, including reporting, and supporting the planning and set up of new projects as they come online.
- Innovation and Development: Supporting us to improve and expand our projects and programmes. You will also assist in identifying new projects or funding opportunities and contribute to the preparation of funding proposals. This may involve exploring options for the governance structure of this area of work.
- Marketing and communications: Promoting our projects, developing our external communications and acting as an ambassador for our community work.
- Monitoring and evaluation: We are on a journey to better capture the impact of specific projects, and the impact that our community work has collectively. You will take an active role in supporting this element of our work.
- Partnership working: Collaboration is key to our approach. You will liaise with existing clients and partners for project delivery, develop new partnerships to further our aims and also take part in key networking and external events.
- Team development: You will work closely with the Community Impact Lead to contribute to the development of the team, during our team meetings and away days. You will be comfortable managing staff, teams and subcontractors to deliver desired outcomes.
- Day-to-day operations: Working closely with the Community Impact Lead, HR and Finance, to support our remote project teams, problem solve issues as they arise, develop our internal systems and processes, maximise efficiencies and drive improvements.

Join our team as a Volunteering Business Partner! You will play a pivotal role across all stages of the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association’s volunteer journey, ensuring our amazing volunteers have a sector-leading experience.
Your role is all about supporting, developing, and implementing effective volunteer practices throughout the Association. You'll offer expert guidance and support to staff across the organisation, ensuring our volunteers are led and managed to the highest standards. You will work in partnership with staff and volunteers to develop plans to recruit new volunteers and ensure our existing volunteers can make a meaningful impact for people living with and affected by MND.

They are looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and a suitable environment for the delivery of services on a full-time basis (35 hours a week) in their SW3 office, initially for 6 months with a possibility of becoming permanent.
You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the workplace, including managing all office facilities, liaising contractors to ensure that the premises comply with legal obligations, sourcing and maintaining equipment, liaising with the IT provider to resolve IT issues, and updating the office manual. You will also contribute to the development of policies, update contracts and agreements, and support improvements to their service. You will organise a variety of meetings, including assisting with the preparation of agendas, circulation of meeting papers and record minutes as required. You will also provide recruitment administrative support and maintain accurate records on the Bright HR software.
This role requires operations and office management experience. The successful candidate will be a personable and reliable team player with experience of proposing and implementing changes to processes, knowledge of data protection regulatory requirements, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
