Job description

Age UK Bolton is seeking a highly motivated, creative and friendly person for their new and exciting project, PALs (Promoting Active Lives), which aims to tackle loneliness and isolation in older people in Bolton. 
PALs is designed to support them to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Working alongside older people, a range of partners, staff and leading a team of volunteers, the PALs Service Co-ordinator will support older people to regain their independence, encouraging them to maintain their mental, physical, emotional and social activity to make later life a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
