Age UK Bromley & Greenwich is a local, independent charity with a reputation for quality and innovation and the leading voluntary sector provider of services to older people in the London Boroughs of Bromley & Greenwich.

Age UK Bromley & Greenwich are looking to appoint an experienced Health and Wellbeing Coordination Officer. The successful candidate will co-ordinate and manage referrals across BromleyWell Services, in a professional, customer focused and timely manner. Using your skills to appropriately assess practitioners enquiries and that client’s needs and circumstances are fully understood before being allocated to the team you will be a key player in the smooth provision of our services.  Where appropriate you will also provide information, signpost and refer clients to other services through internal and external procedures.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an empathy for our clients and have experience of delivering time sensitive services with a customer care focus.
