Job description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Care Navigation team, part of the Social Prescribing Service. The post holder in conjunction with the manager will implement administrative system to support the Service including maintaining the Client database systems and contribute to efficient and effective administrative processes across the Care Navigation Service.

The role includes some administration support for Service Manager who oversees Care Navigation and Social Prescribing as well as a number of other services.

 

Candidates will come from a service orientated setting with a minimum of two years in an administration role, have excellent computer skills, good communicator, and able to work in a team. High level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as excellent organisational and time management skills are required. The candidate will have a good track record in completing projects to deadline and be able to prioritise workload.

Scale Sc4 -  SCP 7-10 £23,628 to £24,927 pa  pro rata for a 16 hour week (£10,801.37 pa to £11,395.20 pa),  contributory pension, fixed term till 31 March 2020.  This role sits within the Care Navigation and Social Prescribing Service
