The Director of HR and Governance is a new and exciting opportunity to join Age UK Croydon’s senior management team. The Director of HR and Governance will be responsible for delivering one of three of Age UK Croydon’s strategic objectives: to be a well-governed organisation, where our systems and infrastructure can support and drive growth.
As part of this role, you will develop a HR Management strategy which contributes towards the senior management team’s objective ‘to create a culture of continuous improvement’. You will also be the lead senior manager responsible for Governance policies and procedures.
This is an exciting time for Age UK Croydon, in the second year of an ambitious five year strategy. The first year proved largely successful as Age UK Croydon continues to increase its turnover, innovate and expand its services and strengthen its governance. The future will focus on supporting our teams to maximise positive impact for older people and continuing to fills gaps in service provision.
