Job description

The Business Improvement Manager will lead on quality assurance, health and safety, business continuity, information governance, data protection, premises, policies and procedures, learning and development and contract/supplier management. You will also have line management responsibility for the Resources Officer who supports staff and volunteering activity across the organisation as well as the day to day contact with key suppliers and contractors.  As a member of the Operational Management Team you will work closely with Service Managers across the organisation to drive forward improvements in the way we work and how we deliver our services to elderly people across the community.
