Digital Inclusion Project Manger

 

Age UK Kensington and Chelsea and Age UK Westminster are working in partnership to deliver an exciting one-year Digital Inclusion project for Older People with Mental Health issues.  The project is commissioned by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and we are working closely with them to deliver this service. 

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Inclusion Project Manager to lead the service across both Boroughs, managing the teams and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to target, producing great outcomes for older people and delivering real impact.

 

You will be joining a thriving and innovative organisation which is deeply embedded in the local community.

 

 

HOURS

Part-time, 21 hours a week

SALARY

£28,000 per annum (pro rata) plus 3% pension contribution

Contract Type

Fixed-term to end April 2022

Reporting to:

Head of Community Engagement
