To support the Service Manager in the provision of the befriending service providing primarily administrative and practical support.
You will be based in our Head Office in Brixton and will be responsible for:
Contacting clients over the phone to arrange assessment visits.
Visiting clients to carry out assessments.
Contacting volunteers to organise potential matches with clients.
Recording feedback in our database.
Reading client and volunteer records so we can allocate matches which will work.
