Part-time Data Analyst - London SW9 

£12,516 pa (for 17½ hours per week)

What you’ll be doing? 

This is a new role working but coordinating the collection of data from different services, checking data quality and producing engaging reports. You’ll be responsible for:  

  • Understanding the different information systems, their data entry and reporting capability

  • Working with managers and staff to better understand information needs and barriers to providing high-quality relevant data

  • Extracting data or facilitating data collection from information systems 

  • Checking data quality, ie missing or inaccurate data identifying any underlying issues and suggesting solutions

  • Analysing and manipulating complex data sets to measure and benchmark key performance indicators

  • Creating reports, visualisations and dashboards that provide insight and understanding

  • Reviewing information systems and identifying a way to improve information management

What you need to bring

  • A good understanding of different CRMs 

  • Able to engage with managers and staff about information requirements

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

  • Able to write reports that combine narrative and data visualisations that illustrate trends, themes and performance

  • A good understanding of data protection requirements and information security
