Hours:    25 hours per week (over a minimum of 4 days to include a Friday)

Salary:     £20,290 per annum, AUNN Band H (£30,028.89 per annum FTE)

Location:  Home based

Are you already an experienced senior manager looking for a new challenge, or are you looking for a step up into a more senior post? Would you like to manage a variety of community services in the charity sector? Are you committed to providing strong management support across your services, as well as contributing to the overall management of the charity? Then this role is for you! Responsible for the operational effectiveness of our Social Prescribing, Footcare and Mental Health Service for Older People Carer Support Services, you will line manage a small team of staff, to ensure the effective delivery of quality services to meet the needs of the service users, whilst supporting the support the charity’s vision.

The successful candidate will:

  • be a self-starter, able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • possess excellent leadership skills to inspire their team, enabling them and supporting them to deliver excellent customer service, as well as helping them to develop and grow as individuals
  • have strong organisational, interpersonal and IT skills
  • be able to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues inhouse as well as in statutory services and other third sector partners.

Whilst home based, the successful applicant will be required to have access to a car to travel across Nottingham city and county in support of their teams and to attend meetings*.
